Anna and Tony Hit a Snag

First up, Anna (Leann Hunley) is running out of patience.

She is usually ride-or-die when it comes to Tony (Thaao Penghlis), but this time, she is frustrated with him. Whatever Tony is doing, or possibly avoiding, is getting on Anna’s last nerve.

Of course, Tony is deeply caught up in all the family drama right now. He even made Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) an offer to become the new CEO of DiMera Enterprises, which is a huge move. But could that be the very thing pushing Anna over the edge? We should find out soon enough.

Philip Comes Clean to Gabi

Meanwhile, speaking of Gabi, Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) is finally ready to tell the truth.

He opens up to Gabi and reveals everything, but what exactly is he confessing? Whatever it is, this revelation could seriously shake things up between them moving forward.

This conversation could end up changing more than either of them expected.

Xander Has a New Idea for Gwen

Elsewhere in Salem, Xander (Paul Telfer) is back to doing what he does best: scheming.

He approaches Gwen (Emily O’Brien) with a brand-new suggestion, and whenever Xander calls something a “suggestion,” trouble usually follows. That means Gwen may want to think carefully before agreeing to anything.

Of course, fans also have to wonder if this has something to do with their complicated fling-ship.

Theo Pushes Abe to Make a Decision

Meanwhile, Days spoilers for May 21 tease that tension continues building for the Carver family.

Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) is tired of watching Abe (James Reynolds) stall and avoid making a major decision. He finally confronts his father and pushes him to stop dragging his feet.

Abe has clearly been struggling with something for a while now, but Theo seems ready to force the issue. Could Theo be pressuring his dad to finally choose between Paulina (Jackee Harry) and Lexie (Nikki Crawford)?

To wrap things up, Paulina pays a visit to Lexie. And knowing Paulina, this conversation will come with plenty of personality, strong opinions, and maybe even a few clues about what happens next.
