Is Holly Leaving?
Holly’s (Ashley Puzemis) at a breaking point, and she’s about to make a big move.
She’s emotional right now, and who could blame her? Her world is falling apart. Things with Tate (Leo Howard) are rocky; someone’s been sending inappropriate photos to Johnny (Carson Boatman) and making it look like they came from her, and now, she’s being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with her professor. It’s all too much.
The pressure finally pushes Holly to tears, and a major decision: she’s leaving Salem… maybe for good.
She reaches out to her mom and decides to move in with her in Paris. The one with croissants, the Eiffel Tower… and, hopefully, peace. So, Holly packs her bags and gets ready to leave everything behind. But, will she really go through with it?
Before she goes, she swears Ari (Marissa Reyes) to secrecy. But will Ari stay tight-lipped? Or could she be the one who finds out Holly’s plan and stops her?
Sarah Confronts Sophia, and Tate Searches for Holly
Meanwhile… drama’s brewing in other corners of Salem.
Sophia (Rachel Boyd) is about to come face-to-face with Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) — and it won’t be pretty. After Brady (Eric Martsolf) stuns Sarah with the results of not one, but two secret DNA tests that prove Tate is not Tesoro’s father, Sarah heads straight to Sophia for answers.
Now, if we know Sophia, she’s going to do what she does best: dodge, deflect, and deny. But Sarah isn’t here for games. She wants the truth.
Will Sophia finally fess up? Or will she dig herself in even deeper?
As for Tate… he’s not giving up that easily.
He’s on a mission to find Holly. Could he be hoping to make things right? That is, if he can track her down in time.
Johnny and Chanel Call In Rafe
Days spoilers for October 8 also say that Chanel (Raven Bowens) and Johnny get help from Rafe (Galen Gering) after confronting Holly leaves them with more questions than answers.
The clues point to a bigger scheme — and someone else pulling the strings. But who’s behind it all? That’s where Rafe, with his trusty P.I. skills, steps in. Will he help crack the case?
Corporate Decisions
Also in Wednesday’s episode, a high-stakes plan is brewing involving both Titan and DiMera. Not everyone is on board, but something’s got to give. Expect fireworks as Xander (Paul Telfer), Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier), and Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) go head-to-head with Tony (Thaao Penghlis), and a major decision hangs in the balance.
