Rachel (Alice Halsey) is dealing with a lot right now. Her mom, Kristen (Stacy Haiduk), is behind bars, sentenced to six years for a crime she didn’t commit. Kristen is taking the fall to protect Rachel, who she knows is responsible for the said crime.

At this point, Rachel is all over the place emotionally. She blames herself for her mom being in prison.

But does Rachel actually remember what really happened the night EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) was shot? Maybe she’s blocked it out, or maybe it’s starting to come back to her — either way, it’s only a matter of time before the truth comes out.

In tomorrow’s episode, Rachel gets to visit Kristen in prison, and according to spoilers, she completely shocks her mom. What does she say? Does she reveal that she remembers something from that night? Or drop a truth bomb that leaves Kristen speechless?

Whatever it is, Kristen is definitely not prepared.

Brady Has a Hunch

Meanwhile, Brady (Eric Martsolf) has a hunch he can’t ignore. He is starting to feel like he may have overlooked something big.

At first, when Steve (Stephen Nichols) brought up the theory that Sophia (Rachel Boyd) and Tate’s (Leo Howard) baby could actually be little Tesoro, Brady didn’t give it much thought. He brushed it off — maybe because it sounded too wild, or just because he thought Sophia was still pregnant at the time the baby was left at he fireplace.

But now? Things have changed.

After having a heart-to-heart with Tate, Brady starts putting the pieces together. Something about the way Tate spoke, the details he shared, it all just… clicks.

Suddenly, Brady’s not so sure that Steve’s theory was off. In fact, he’s starting to believe there may be something to it.

Now that the wheels are turning, Brady takes his hunch back to Steve, and you can bet he’s not dropping this anytime soon. Once Brady gets that gut feeling, he follows it all the way through.

Will Brady be the one to uncover the truth that Tesoro is really his grandchild?

Holly Supports Johnny

According to Days spoilers for September 12, Holly (Ashley Puzemis) steps up to offer some much-needed support to Johnny (Carson Boatman), and honestly, he could really use it right now.

Johnny has a new job as a professor at Salem U, which also happens to be where Holly is attending. That’s a big career move for him, and having someone in his corner, especially someone like Holly, makes a difference.

On top of his new job, Johnny is also looking to adopt. Clearly, there’s a lot going on in his heart and in his head. Adoption is no small decision, you know!

Tate Makes a Move

Meanwhile, Tate’s life is just as complicated. Between the baby drama and everything else, he’s been all over the place lately.

But in the September 12 episode, Tate seizes an opportunity with Sophia. What kind of opportunity is this? Is he trying to get closer to her? Is it tied to the baby situation? Or maybe something more personal?
