Well, well, well. Looks like Gabi’s (Cherie Jimenez) plan is finally paying off. Taking matters into her own hands might’ve been risky, but it’s working out in her favor.
After planting a bugged pen into Xander’s (Paul Telfer) office, she finally got the dirt she was hoping for. While listening in, she hears Xander admit that Philip’s (John-Paul Lavoisier) letter to claim a stake in the company was a complete forgery.
Her jaw drops, her eyes go wide, and all she can say is, “Oh my God.” She knows she’s got the scoop. A big one. Without wasting a second, Gabi heads straight to Tony (Thaao Penghlis), ready to drop the bomb that could blow up Philip and Xander’s whole takeover scheme. If they play this right, they just might win back DiMera Enterprises and, in the end, snag the CEO seat for herself.

Johnny Refuses to Give EJ Credit and Chanel Considers Adoption
Days spoilers for September 4 also reveal that life is finally starting to feel normal again for Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel (Raven Bowens) after everything that happened with the trial.
Johnny’s a free man now, and that means he can finally shift his focus to other things, and one of those might be his family. Whether he’s ready or not, Chanel still has it on her mind on adoption and is starting to explore the possibilities.
As for Johnny, when he crosses paths with EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) for the first time since the trial ended, things get tense. He refuses to give his dad any credit for how it all turned out.
Sept 4: Marlena Asks Belle for a Favor.
Elsewhere in Salem, Marlena (Deidre Hall) has a request, and she turns to Belle (Martha Madison) for a favor. But what exactly is she asking for?
