Ava and Stefan meet. They discuss Gabi’s fear in the prison infirmary. Stefan admits that Gabi is now fully aware of Clyde’s plans and their involvement and is doing her best to watch her back. However, Stefan notes the need to get her out of there as soon as possible. Stefan confesses to Ava that he went to EJ for help in eliminating Clyde. Ava is angry that Stefan shared confidential information with the DA, who could potentially expose them. Stefan reveals that EJ turned him down, and they cannot afford to upset Clyde any further.
Stefan suggests that Ava should not have ended things with Harris, as she could have kept an eye on what the police know. Ava justifies her decision by saying that she did it to protect him from getting caught up in their drug operation.
As they prepare to move their products, Harris arrives and asks what’s going on.
