Days of Our Lives Episode Recap, Cast List, and Spoilers for June 13, 2023, 2023: EJ Overhears Megan’s Dastardly Plans
Spoilers for Days of Our Lives on June 13, 2023:Bonnie does her best to keep Sarah’s pregnancy a secret from Xander. Nicole shares news with Eric about her baby. EJ and Stefan spar as Gabi suggests they focus on a bigger threat. Megan tries to tempt Li.
Days of Our Lives Episode Recap for June 13, 2023: EJ Overhears Megan’s Dastardly Plans
Bonnie is telling herself that she can keep the secret as long as she stays away from Xander and is shocked when Xander walks into the room and asks if she said his name. She fumbles for a lie and Xander assumes she is acting the way she is because she is scared of him after he kidnapped her. Eventually, she admits that she isn’t but fakes a cold and tells him she doesn’t want him to catch it.
Bonnie almost blows it when he gets a news alert about someone’s pregnancy but is able to cover. Xander tells her that he’s looking for Maggie and mentions Chloe as he is about to leave to find her. Bonnie stops him and tries to talk him out of getting into a relationship with Chloe. She tells him that Sarah wouldn’t like it and he reminds her that they are no longer together and she is happy with someone else. After Xander goes to find Maggie Bonnie calls Justin to tell him that she kept the secret.
Gabi tells Stefan that her divorce is final and they talk about their upcoming wedding. EJ comes in and tells them about Nicole’s pregnancy. They spar back and forth about the company and then Gabi stops it and suggests that they team up. She thinks that Megan and Kristen can’t be trusted and are conspiring against them all and that they’ll fair better if they work together. EJ thinks about it but turns them down, confident in his own plans. Upstairs Gabi grumbles about EJ turning them down but Stefan assures her that in the end, they will come out on top.
Eric and Nicole run into each other in the square. They talk about Abe and her pregnancy a little before parting ways. He goes to the Pub and is drinking a beer when Sloan comes in. She tells him about her meeting with the DA. She is discouraged because Colin refuses to plead guilty and Trask wants to go after him hard. She is worried that her brother will be in jail for a very long time.
Eric comforts her and then they talk about Nicole’s pregnancy. He admits to being disappointed about the results of the paternity test. He tells her that it’s not about Nicole, he just really wants to be a father and he’s feeling like it will never happen. Sloan suggests that they have a baby together but Eric thinks it isn’t something they should rush into, especially when he is still processing the news about Nicole’s pregnancy.
After Leo leaves Chloe tries to reassure herself that Xander and Sarah are really over. She gets back to work until Nicole drops by so they can have a long overdue catch-up. Nicole tells her about the pregnancy and the paternity test. Chloe wonders if Nicole is disappointed that Eric isn’t the father but Nicole insists that she isn’t. Their talk turns to Chloe’s new relationship with Xander and Nicole is not happy. She reminds Chloe of all of the horrible things Xander did to both of them but Chloe tells her that she has seen another side to him and really thinks he has changed. Nicole is unconvinced and is very unhappy when Xander shows up and kisses Chloe.
Li arrives home from visiting with his father and finds his divorce decree in the mail. Megan knocks on his door and wants to discuss a proposition with him. She tells him that she wants to take over DiMera and wants his support. Li tells her that he promised Gabi his vote and Megan reminds him that Gabi left him for Stefan. She confides her plans to eliminate Stefan and tells Li that he could end up getting Gabi back if he helps her. After Megan gets back to the DiMera mansion she gets a call from Li. He tells her that he is in on her plan. She mentions getting rid of her brother, unaware that EJ is listening from the doorway.
