Secrets About the Baby
The waiting period is over, and tons of people are going to be competing to adopt little Tesoro, as Javi (Al Calderon) calls him — the cutest baby on the planet. But are Javi and Leo (Greg Rikaart) ready to let him go?
Meanwhile, now that things have settled down a bit, Chanel (Raven Bowens) is ready to hit the adoption button again. After reading about Tesoro in the news, she comes up with a great idea — for her, at least, hoping that Johnny (Carson Boatman) will agree.
Ecstatic, she tells him that she is ready to expand their family, and she already has a baby in mind. Will he agree with it?
Brady Does Some More Digging
Elsewhere, the truth is slowly catching up! No doubt, Sophia (Rachel Boyd) wants things to stay hidden, but that’s not happening — not if Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) has anything to say about it.
Next week on Days, he continues his investigation with the help of Steve (Stephen Nichols), and he may suddenly have a lightbulb moment.
Initially, when Steve suggested that the firehouse baby could be Tate and Sophia’s little one, Brady tossed the idea aside. He didn’t think things, nor the timing, added up.
However, he’s starting to change his mind. He calls Steve to inform him. And does Rafe (Galen Gering) get in on it? Does he secretly run a DNA test on the little one? We’ll see!
Rachel Blames Herself
Plus, it’s going to be a rough week for Rachel (Alice Halsey). She gets to visit Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) in prison, and of course, things are very emotional.
While in the town square, she asks Brady how long her mom’s sentence is, and he tells her that the term is six years.
Rachel also opens up to Holly (Ashley Puzemis) and tells her that it’s her fault that her mom’s in prison. Will Rachel unlock those memories from the night EJ was shot?
Theo Returns to Salem
And a special someone finds his way home. Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) returns to Salem and swings by the DiMera mansion, where Tony (Thaao Penghlis) is over the moon to see him. Tony greets him with a big hug and an intriguing proposal, for which Theo is all ears.
Additionally, Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) and Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) discuss their feelings of loss. Maggie notes that time goes so quickly, while Julie chimes in — quickly for some, slowly for others!
