Soap Opera Intel has learned that actor Doug Spearman has booked a new gig. The Talented actor who recently made appearances on ‘The Young and the Restless’ as a Judge has landed a role on the new upcoming series “Law & Order True Crime: The Menendez Murders“. Spearman will play a male Juror in the 5th episode of the first season which makes its premiere on September 26, 2017 on NBC. Among the cast list is former ‘Y&R’ actor Miles Gaston Villanueva who played Luca Santori.

When the Menendez brothers were tried on national TV for brutally killing their parents in Beverly Hills, their story became a national obsession. Now, the first edition of this anthology series delves into the players, the crime and the media circus, detailing the day-to-day battles of the trial and unveiling the shocking truth of what really went down when the cameras stopped rolling.
Spearman is also known for his roles on shows such as; The Drew Carey Show, Star Trek Voyager, Charmed, All My Children and more. He is represented by The Paradise Group. Be sure to tune in when the series premiere next month on NBC!
