Former soap star, Josh Duhamel has accomplished an academic milestone. Duhamel who is known for playing the role of Leo Du Pres on All My Children graduated from the University of Dakota.
Duhamel was born in Minot, North Dakota. His mother, Bonnie L. (Bachmeier) Kemper, is a retired teacher and local businesswoman, and his father, Larry Duhamel, is an advertising salesman. Duhamel attended Minot State University and played as the quarterback for the university’s football team. He planned to attend dental school but dropped out one-and-a-half credits shy of his undergraduate degree. He later completed his credits, and he received his degree in 2005. He has now added another amazing credit to his name as a member of the graduating class of 2019. He noted, “Thank you University of North Dakota for this tremendous honor. So proud to have been a part of the 2019 commencement surrounded by the accomplished graduates taking the next step toward their futures.
