In a jaw-dropping soapy twist for the season 8 finale of Sistas, Crystal-Lee Naomi reprises her role as Jasmine Borders as Gary’s (Chido Nwokocha) attacker is finally revealed!
The Season 7 finale of the hit Tyler Perry primetime drama ended with Gary being attacked by a mystery person. As the show returned for Season 8, the entire season focused on who stabbed Gary. Just ask Zac (Devale Ellis) or Fatima (Crystal Renee Hayslett), since they’ve been doing their own little investigation. But throughout the season, one question was left unanswered until now: who did it? The classic whodunit mystery is finally solved. And spoiler alert: the culprit is none other than Gary’s vengeful gun-carrying, knife-stabbing wife, Jasmine Borders (played by Crystal Lee-Naomi)!
Surprise, surprise! Naomi, or alter ego Jasmine, hasn’t appeared on the show since season 3, where she shot Gary and was dragged off to jail. The jaw-dropping season finale episode is titled Before You Walk Out of My Life. It is written by Lucien Christian Adderley & Richard “Byrd” Wilson and directed by Armani Ortiz. Sistas has already been renewed for season 9, set to premiere in July on BET.
