Carolyn Hennesy, who fans know and love as Diane Miller on General Hospital, recently took to Instagram to clear up a hair-raising debate that’s been making waves online. Apparently, the subject of the discussion was whether she’s wearing a wig or if that fabulous mane is the real deal.
Well, Hennesy didn’t leave room for any doubt. In a post that was equal parts sass and clarity, she captioned her video:
“So, apparently there has been a debate raging on @reddit that I am wearing a wig on @generalhospitalabc! Well let me settle this debate, and set the record straight! This hair is all mine, and all natural!”
In the video itself, she doubled down — with her signature charm, of course:
“I believe there was a huge debate a few months ago as to whether or not this was a wig. It’s not, and for the people who say they know wigs when they see them, you don’t — because this is all me all the time. So it’s simply growing out. That’s it. I personally love it. And I hope you do too.”
