The voice-over for the promo says, “It’s all fun and games
until someone gets hurt”.
The promo starts off with a sign at the entrance of the
Savoy stating that it is closed for a private party. Trina and her loved ones are celebrating her
freedom; she was found innocent at her trial for the revenge porn video.
The next part of the promo briefly shows Cameron singing and
playing guitar at Trina’s party along with a band. The following people are in the audience:
Curtis, Portia, Josslyn, Rory, and Trina.
Curtis says, “We all deserve to celebrate and a little happiness for a
change”. They are also celebrating
Curtis and Portia’s engagement. Legally,
they won’t be able to get married since Curtis and Jordan’s divorce was never
finalized due to Stella’s meddling! It’s also alluded that Portia has kept Trina’s paternity a secret: Taggert
is her father, but is Curtis her actual biological father? Will these two make it to the altar?
The next part of the promo briefly shows Trina and Rory
kissing as Spencer looks on disappointed. Spencer loves Trina, but she doesn’t know his true feelings yet. If and when Trina learns of the truth, will
Trina want to be with Spencer? Or will
she want to attempt to keep her heart safe with Rory who appears to be the
safer option? If Spencer notices that
Trina and Rory’s relationship is progressing, will he bow out gracefully and
not tell her how he feels? Spencer and
Trina fans have been waiting for over a year for them to get together. Spencer has written a letter to Trina which
states how he really feels and Sprina fans definitely want Trina to read it! It certainly would be a game changer.
The next part of the promo shows Sonny telling BLQ and
Chase, “You’re playing with fire”. BLQ
had approached Sonny in the past about helping Chase get his job back with the
police department, but Sonny had declined. BLQ and Chase’s current plan involves duping Linc. If Sonny catches on that something is awry,
it will appear he attempts to warn them that this plan is doomed to fail. Especially now that BLQ and Chase have
admitted that they have feelings for each other. BLQ is supposed to be Chase’s music manager;
mixing business with pleasure can lead to more drama.
The next part of the promo briefly shows Carly and Nina in
what appears to be a random run-in with each other and Nina is crying. Is Carly the cause of her tears or does Carly
run into an already visibly upset Nina? The
setting of the scene is hard to make out, but it might be the graveyard. If that’s the case, perhaps Nina is at Nelle’s
gravesite? Carly is the only one who
knows that Nina is Willow’s biological mother and that Willow and Nelle are twins. Will Carly reconsider telling Nina and Willow
the truth? If not in this moment, she
might when Willow’s cancer diagnosis becomes public knowledge.
In the last part of the promo, Sasha and Lucy share a meal where
Sasha gets upset and pounds her fists on the table which startles Lucy. Sasha is in a tough predicament as a result
of her destroying Smoltz’s car. Her
options are going to trial which would most likely land her prison time or
agree to have Brando be her legal guardian via conservatorship. Sasha would rather chance prison time. Lucy thinks Sasha should be let go, even if
temporary, from Deception due to Sasha’s current issues and Sasha wants to
continue working. It’s clear that Sasha
will express her frustrations with Lucy. What should Sasha’s next steps be?
Fans can’t wait to see what happens next!
