Justine Meets with Sonny

On today’s episode of General Hospital, Justine swings by to see Sonny. When he asked to see her, she was intrigued. She left the barbecue so quickly that he didn’t have a chance to give her an award. He tells her that she is a winner, and Justine smiles at the compliment.

Justine says she can’t keep it and shouldn’t have even been there in the first place. After all, she thought she was just walking into a family affair with the three of them. Justine notes that they’ve been clearly sending Donna mixed signals.
Now that things have changed for Sonny and his business, he wonders if there is a world where they can be together in the open.
Despite him going legitimate, people still perceive him as a criminal, Justine notes. Sonny understands, but after seeing her with his family, he thought there might be some possibilities for them.
Sonny suggests that Justine could take some time off and wonders when she last took a vacation. She tells him it was two years ago. “Let’s say you go on vacation someplace, and I just happen to go on vacation to the same place,” he says. He points out that no one can fault them for that. In the meantime, he wants to continue seeing her in private, and she agrees.
Joe and Chase Compare Notes
Meanwhile, at the police station, Chase tells Joe he is following up on Jordan and Curtis’s accident. He has a few unanswered questions that are bothering him, and Joe admits he does, too.
Chase and Joe go into the interrogation room to review the files. Joe surmises that they probably will never know who the other driver was.
They go back over Lucy’s statement. And Drew’s, for that matter. Joe can’t help but remember that when he questioned Drew about his wife being home that night, he said no.
Chase tells him that Drew would absolutely go out of his way to make trouble for Willow. Joe notes that it’s the Lucy Coe part of it that is bothering him. Her statement is not adding up. The only thing she was adamant about is that she was at the Quartermaines’ that night.
Danny Opens up to Jason

Elsewhere, Jason meets with Danny at the Quartermaine boathouse after Danny asked to talk with him in private. Danny opens up about taking Charlotte for a ride in Chase’s truck and admits he dented it. “Do you have any idea how lucky you are?” Jason asks.
Jason calls out his son. He notes that there is a pattern here and that Danny is being reckless. Danny points out that he doesn’t mean for these things to happen.
Jason opens up about his younger days and taking chances. He also issues some timely advice for his son about the consequences these actions could have on his future.
Jason lays down the law and warns his son that he won’t be getting behind the wheel for six months. Danny is upset but understands, knowing his dad just wants to keep him safe. Jason explains that he also doesn’t want his son carrying the weight of something he won’t be able to let go of.
Carly Updates Valentin

At home, Carly ends a phone call just as Charlotte and Valentin arrive. Donna has something for Charlotte, so Charlotte leaves to check it out. Afterward, Carly tells Valentin that Jack Brennan is missing.
Carly tells Valentin about the security crash at her office, knowing Jack didn’t go back to his room. Valentin warns that if Jack is gone, this isn’t an ordinary missing person’s case. “Who else knows about this?” he asks, just as Charlotte eavesdrops on their conversation.
Carly reveals that Joss walked in on her and Jason searching Brennan’s room and reported it to the WSB. Valentin thinks this is all a bit too convenient and wonders if he set the whole thing up himself. He then questions who is going to look suspicious if Brennan disappears. Carly thinks it’ll be someone with a huge public grudge. “Yeah, me,” Valentin says.
Charlotte returns and explains that she has to go, remembering that she promised to meet up with Danny.
Charlotte goes to meet with Danny. She wants to tell him about what she overheard. Before she can, Danny tells her about the talk with his dad and how he’s banned from driving for six months. He admits his dad made him see that he could’ve gotten them killed, and he apologizes. “Danny, you have nothing to apologize for,” Charlotte notes. She reassures him and insists he didn’t put her at risk.
Charlotte tells Danny that her dad and Carly still think Brennan is alive. “How is that possible? We left his body in the pool,” Danny points out.
Danny and Charlotte realize that someone must have done something with the body.
Meanwhile, Jason stops by to see Carly, and she brings him up to speed. He also fills her in on his talk with Danny. After hearing this, Valentin begs Jason not to stop Danny and Charlotte from seeing each other. Jason points out that the thought never even crossed his mind.
They talk about Jack Brennan and how Valentin could be a suspect. However, Valentin was with Anna, and she can vouch for him. Valentin mentions his talk with Anna, which surprises Jason.
Joss Talks to Agent Baines

At the Bureau, Agent Josslyn Jacks meets with Agent Baines, who wants to know what she knows about Brennan’s disappearance. Joss explains that her mom, Carly, and Jason know Brennan is missing and are keeping a close eye on the case. Baines tells her that she will continue her role as CEO of JJE and stay out of the matter, warning her to keep all her focus on JJE.

Since she has already been looking into Chief Brennan’s disappearance, Agent Baines wants to know what she found. It’s not much, but Joss knows it’s foul play.
Baines warns her that he will focus on the Brennan case while she should focus on the task the WSB has given. He thinks Jack decided to run. Baines promises that either way, he will find him, no matter what it takes.
Joss tells him about the people who are possibly responsible for Brennan’s disappearance. He pulls out a picture and asks her about Nina Reeves.
Nina Demands Answers

Back at the Metro Court, Ava and Drew meet up. He wants to know how she is doing after last night. She is fine, but she wants to make sure they are on the same page. Drew wonders what that means. “If I go down for Brennan’s death, so do you,” she warns.
Drew assures Ava that he has her back. They decide to strategize just in case people start asking questions. Ava promises to be as transparent as possible if anybody asks her about her meeting with the “package.” Without any footage, she thinks they’ll be covered.
Nina walks in and finds her friend with Drew again. She demands to know what he has on Ava.
Nina and Drew bicker for a moment before he decides to leave. Right after he exits, Ava wonders if there is something going on between Nina and Drew.
Ava starts feeling like there is a mole, so Nina decides to take a look at it. “That’s definitely not a mole,” her friend notes.
Nina thinks it’s a tick. She believes Ava must have been in the woods or a field lately.
Meanwhile, Drew breaks into a car. He recalls him and Ava going to bury Brennan’s body and remembers taking something out of Brennan’s pocket. Now, he has a scheming look on his face as he looks at paperwork with Nina’s name on it.
Drew plants Brennan’s wallet in the car. “Payback is a bitch,” he says with a smirk.
