General Hospital Episode Recap July 27, 2023: Sasha Gets Drugged Again

Carly is working at Kelly’s when Nina comes in to talk to her. Nina is surprised to find out that Carly owns it and Carly is surprised to find out that Willow invited Nina into her visitor bubble. Nina tells Carly that she has her to thank for Willow’s acceptance and thinks it is because Carly dropped her vendetta. Nina tells Carly that she wants them to get along because they are family and Carly pushes back against that and tells her that they are not family and even if Willow has forgiven Nina, the rest of them have not. Carly vows to Nina that she is going to get back everything she lost and goes into the kitchen. Nina follows her into the kitchen and asks if that was a threat. Carly tells her to get out of her kitchen and goes back to work.

Finn is uncomfortable when he finds Portia crying in the breakroom but tries to comfort her while sending a text to Liz to come help. Liz goes into Curtis’s room to check his vitals and he asks her to take Portia and Trina off of his approved visitor’s list. Liz goes to the breakroom and Finn leaves her and Portia alone to talk. Portia tells her what happened with Curtis and Liz tells her about his request and encourages Portia to push to stay in her husband’s life. Finn goes to check on Curtis and talks to him about his sobriety before encouraging him to let the people who love him, help him. Later Portia goes to Curtis’s room and gives him information on his physical therapy and makes it clear to him that she will not allow him to push her away before she leaves him alone to think.

Over breakfast, Cody tells Sam and Dante about his suspicions that more is going on with Sasha than her just having a breakdown. Sam goes to see Molly and Dante questions Cody about his theory. Cody thinks Gladys is involved somehow and Dante pushes for more information. Finally, Cody breaks down and tells Dante about Selina Wu’s poker game and Gladys’s losses, as well as Selina’s threats to his life. Sam goes to check on Molly at home after her accident and they talk about her fertility situation. Molly says that she has had more time to process and accept things and is hopeful that she and TJ will find a way to be parents.

James and Georgie are arguing at Maxie’s and annoying each other as she is trying to set up a visit with Sasha. She tells them that Mac is coming to take them to the pool but that they have to clean up first. When Mac gets there she gives him the same instructions and he tries to get the kids to help him pick up but they just keep fighting. Felicia comes in and demands to know what is going on. She gets the kids to calm down and help clean up.

Sasha is surprised to wake up in Ferncliff with no memory of how she got there. When Gladys gets there with Dr. Montague, they explain to her that she stabbed Cody and try to gaslight her about her mental state leading up to it. Sasha insists that Dr. Montague drugging her was the problem but Gladys tells her that they need to listen to him because he is the professional. Sasha begs Gladys not to leave her alone with the doctor but Gladys does anyway. Sasha lashes out at the doctor about the drugs he prescribed and he injects more medication into her IV, knocking her out. In the hall, Gladys runs into Maxie and convinces her that Sasha shouldn’t have visitors right now because she is with the doctor. Maxie reluctantly agrees to go get coffee with Gladys.
