Today’s episode of General Hospital kicks off at the Quartermaine boathouse, where Nina pushes Drew into the lake. Emotional and in tears, she cries out for Drew, grabs her bag, and runs off.

Inside the Q mansion, Brook Lynn watches as Gio sings to Phoebe, loving the moment. They chat about his music career and new contract, and talk turns to the pool. Brook Lynn suggests Gio take a swim. He heads out to the lake and takes off his shirt, but as he gets ready to dive in, he notices something amiss. “What the hell?” he says in shock.

A Deal with the Devil: Valentin Trades the Black Box to Brennan

Meanwhile, Brennan questions Valentin about how he came into possession of the black box. “Right place, right time,” Valentin quips.

When Brennan asks what he wants in return, Valentin demands all of his assets unfrozen and immediate access to his accounts. Joss points out that the WSB already let him go, which should be enough, but Valentin holds his ground. He hands over the black box, and Brennan looks inside to find the Drew Cain file with a sigh of relief.

Just then, Brennan gets a call. A panicked Nina arrives and confesses that it’s too late—she killed Drew! She recounts what happened. Nina explains that she had no idea the box was going to show up because Willow assured her he wouldn’t find it. “You have to help me cover this up,” she says as she pleads with Brennan.

Unfrozen Accounts

Back in Brennan’s office, Joss and Valentin wait for his accounts to be unfrozen. They talk about Carly, and Joss warns Valentin that he’s a huge risk to her mother. Valentin asks why she made a deal to get him out then, and Joss admits she’s grateful to him for saving her life—but her gratitude has limits when it comes to her mother. Her phone goes off, and she congratulates him: his accounts are officially unfrozen, and he’s free to go.

Good News for Chase, Bad News for Willow

At her office, Willow asks Chase, “Am I under arrest?” when he shows up to take her in. She thinks this has something to do with Jordan’s accident. However, Chase informs her they have questions about her connection to Sidwell. She claims she is in the middle of something important and begs him to tell the PCPD he never saw her, but Chase refuses to lie. She understands. That being said, she decides to go with him.

At the station, Molly and Dante talk about Willow. Molly is sure that a sitting congresswoman being in cahoots with someone like Sidwell would be huge for the case. Once Willow arrives, she questions her about her meetings with Sidwell.

Willow claims the meetings were strictly about his company, SRE, and insists that since Councilman Boyle hasn’t made specific accusations, her time is up. When Molly tries to push further, Willow tells her to schedule any future chats through her office or her lawyer before walking out. This makes Dante and Molly even more suspicious.

Chase meets up with Brook Lynn at home to announce that Anna is giving him a chance to make detective again! Anna wants him and Dante to be partners, and both guys are open to the idea.

However, Chase tells Brook Lynn there’s something else she should know: Willow was brought in for questioning. Brook Lynn wonders if it’s about Jordan’s accident, but Chase explains it’s about her connection to Sidwell.

Dante gave him the opportunity to bring his ex in, and he took it. Chase also reveals that Willow invited him to go to DC with her, but he turned her down. Brook Lynn completely understands. In fact, she is happy.

Stone Cold Reunion: Jason and Britt’s Emotional Confession

Britt is stunned when Jason shows up at the hospital. He reveals that the WSB let him go. Admitting she didn’t think she’d ever see him again, Britt suddenly slaps him!

She quickly pulls him into an exam room, apologizes, and explains she had to think fast to cover for their little meeting. She asks about his time away. Jason jokes that her slap on the jaw was like a walk on the beach compared to his time away. He explains that one day out of the blue, the WSB pulled him out of his cell, cleaned him up, and sent him back to Port Charles.

He reveals that he reunited with Danny, who filled him in on a few things. He actually returned two weeks ago and took a father-and-son trip with him. Britt is disappointed he didn’t text her, but asks how he’s doing. She explains her own time since was hell, though something good came out of it: she doesn’t have Huntington’s disease and isn’t going to die! A second test confirmed it was negative, and Jason wraps her in a hug.

Britt thanks him for the sacrifice he made for Rocco. She doesn’t know why he always has a blind spot for her, but Jason assures her he sees her for who she really is.

He then asks about the Cassius story, but a knock on the door interrupts them—Dr. Westbourne is needed for a patient, Mrs. Garcia. Jason tells her to meet up when she’s done. Before leaving, Britt reminds him of what she said right before the WSB took him away: that she loves him.

That’s good, because I love you too,” Jason replies before she leaves.

Secrets at the Pool & A Shocking Confrontation

At the Metro Court pool, Ava meets with Ethan, who grills her about her visit with Brook Lynn at the Quartermaine estate. Ava asks if he’s stalking her, but Ethan explains Tracy told him.

When Ava mentions the secret, Ethan reveals he’s lying about being the father because Phoebe’s real dad is a dangerous man who needs to stay in the dark.

Ava admits she told Brook Lynn the truth—that she doesn’t know who the real father is—and Ethan agrees it’s far too dangerous to expose the identity.

Ava wonders if he is really the father and just waiting to grab a chunky piece of the Quartermaine fortune, but Ethan assures her he isn’t, insisting this is what’s best for Phoebe.

After her visit with Brook Lynn, Ava feels Phoebe is right where she needs to be, so she agrees to keep quiet. Ava prepares to leave, but Ethan begs her to stay. When she asks why she should, he reminds her that he once took a bullet for her. He eventually convinces her to stick around for another drink.

Back at the boathouse, Nina and Brennan show up just as Gio rushes back to the scene to reveal he found Drew. Nina panics. She wonders if he’s dead, but Gio announces that Drew is alive and well!

Later, Willow heads home and starts grabbing a few things. As she heads for the door, she notices something on the ground. She stops to take a look at it. Suddenly, the door slams shut. She turns around—and Drew is standing right there.
