General Hospital Episode Recap and Spoilers for Today, Thursday, December 21, 2023:
What happened today on General Hospital: Lois and Tracy go head to head. Michael attempts to placate Ned. Anna turns to Kevin for help. Spinelli puts Cody on notice. Dante updates Sonny on the shooter.

Michael is in the stables thinking about his talk with Nina when Ned arrives. Michael hands him an envelope and asks Ned for a truce. He tells Ned he is giving him half of his voting proxy. Ned is skeptical and wants to know why Michael is doing anything for Nina. Willow shows up while Ned is questioning Michael and Michael tells her he will be right there. He tells Ned everything is fine and asks him to keep what Nina did quiet. Ned warns Michael not to trust Nina.

Sonny and Avery are talking about when to open Christmas presents when Dante arrives and asks to speak to Sonny privately. Ava is nervous about why he is there. Ava and Nina wonder what they could be talking about and in the hall, Sonny and Dante talk about the shooting on the docks and Sonny asks Dante if Brennan was the MetroCourt shooter.
Dante tells him that he doesn’t think so and Sonny is worried because the shooter is still out there. Dante apologizes for interrupting his Christmas celebration but Sonny tells him he is always welcome and they share a hug. Sonny walks back in and overhears Nina telling Ava to tell Sonny what has been going on and he asks her about it. Nina leaves them alone to talk and Ava tells Sonny about everything that has happened. He tells her to bring the gun to him.
After Michael and Willow get to Sonny’s with the kids, Michael has a moment to talk to Nina and tells her that Ned is dealt with. While Sonny is talking to the kids, Nina tells Ava about what Michael said and Ava tells her that she understands why he is staying quiet.

At Alexis’ house, Kristina is wishing Blaze a Merry Christmas over the phone. Molly and TJ update everyone on their surrogacy journey and she says she doesn’t mind waiting and that the next steps are up to Kristina. Molly is worried that it will take too long but Kristina tells her that it’s ok and they will make it work.
Sam finds a skydiving brochure and asks Alexis about it. Alexis tells her that she doesn’t want to do it. Molly goes to help Scout with a game and TJ confides in Kristina what he and Molly are dealing with and tells her that he may have to pass up a fellowship. Alexis tells Sam about agreeing to skydive with Gregory and having second thoughts but not wanting to break her word. Dante comes in and scares her even more about skydiving and she flees the room.
When she comes back Alexis tells them she has to face her fears and just do it. Sam offers to help get her out of it but Alexis is determined to do it. When Molly gets back Kristina takes her and TJ aside and offers to be their egg donor as well as their surrogate.

Sasha is at Maxie’s gushing over her decorations when Cody shows up with a big bag of presents for Maxie’s kids. He tells Sasha he has one for her too but didn’t know she would be there. Cody also gives Felicia one for her and Mac. Mac couldn’t be there because he is in Argentina. Maxie goes to check on the kids who are being too quiet and Spinelli arrives and demands to know what Cody is doing there.
Cody tells Sasha why Spinelli doesn’t like him and Spinelli snarks that Christmas is for family. Cody takes his leave, telling them that the Quartermaine’s invited him to join them. After he is gone Spinelli trashes Cody to Sasha who defends him and says he saved her life. Felicia gives Spinelli a talking to and he goes to try to catch up with Cody and bring him back.
Maxie isn’t happy when she finds out that Spinelli ran Cody off. Felicia is suspicious about something going on with Cody and wonders if he lied about the DNA test results. Maxie can’t imagine that because anyone would want Mac as their Dad.

Tracy, Brook Lynn, and Olivia are talking about Monica hurting her foot on the icy driveway when Willow shows up wearing light-up reindeer antlers. Tracy wants her to take them off but Lois shows up with more and passes them out. Lois tries to get Tracy to put a pair on but she refuses. The two snark at each other back and forth until finally Tracy tells Lois to get out of the house.
Olivia interrupts and they tag team to annoy Tracy who finally gives in because she knows what they are doing. Just as Tracy wonders if they can have a peaceful Christmas, Yuri pushes Monica’s wheelchair in. Tracy asks Monica if she wants her to throw Lois out so things will be quieter but Monica tells her that she likes a full house and tells Lois she is welcome to stay as long as she wants to. Lois tells Olivia that Monica invited her to stay and Olivia thinks that she should. Ned joins them and they all have eggnog.

Spinelli finds Cody in the stables and offers him a truce. Cody agrees and Spinelli tells him that he isn’t going to stop watching him though. Cody tries to warn Spinelli that he is too close to a horse but he doesn’t listen and the horse bites him. Cody gets a first aid kit, bandages him up, and tells him to get the bite looked at. Spinelli repeats his warning that he will be watching.
