General Hospital Recap March 19, 2024: Today on GH – Josslyn opens up to Carly. Dex confides in Anna. Sonny offers Natalia some valuable insights. Jason gets a visitor. Brook Lynn lays into John.
General Hospital GH Recap March 19, 2024
Carly is at home when Josslyn storms in, all emotional, and tells her about her breakup with Dex. Joss mentions that Nina made her see a side of Dex she never knew, and even though she hates her for it, she’s kinda grateful.
Then Joss tells Carly that Dex was going to kill Cyrus because Sonny asked him to. Carly advises her to take a breather and look at the big picture, but Joss insists it’s straight-up premeditated murder. She tries to reason that Dex was in a tight spot, being sent after Cyrus by Sonny.
Carly asserts that she won’t provide Joss with answers she’s not prepared for. She remarks that Joss is making judgments without understanding the situation fully. Carly expresses her trust in Jason, stating that if he ever took a life, it would have been in self-defense.
Despite Carly’s conviction, Joss remains unconvinced. Joss points out that Carly’s loyalty to Jason would remain unwavering regardless of the circumstances. Carly, however, acknowledges Josslyn for standing by her decisions.
General Hospital GH Recap March 19, 2024
Anna’s at the office when she gets a call saying Dex is there. She tells them to send him in, and Dex comes in spilling all the tea. He confesses that he tried to off Cyrus on Sonny’s orders. And if that’s not enough, he also tells her about being hired by Michael to dig up dirt on Sonny, and he’s got evidence that Sonny’s been moving guns for a company named Pikeman.
Dex explains that he got into Cyrus’s hospital room to inject deadly poison into his IV but then Sonny showed up out of nowhere and stopped him. Dex can’t figure out why he changed his mind. Anna tells Dex that he is incriminating himself as well as Sonny if he admit to this. Dex knows and says he’s owning up to it, no matter the consequences.
Anna tells him that this could literally get him killed, but Dex insists he’s totally cool with the risk. Anna however is not willing and tell him they should pretend this conversation never happened. As Dex is on his way out, He tells her that if she ever need any help taking Sonny down, she should consider him.
General Hospital GH Recap March 19, 2024
Sonny goes to Charlie’s and has a chat with Kristina about how there have been no changes in Dante and no sign that he’s going to wake up.
They reminisce about the time Kristina and Dante took skis to the roof of Sonny’s house to make Santa tracks for Donna and Avery. Dante ended up falling and landing in a pine tree, and they have a good laugh about it.
Sonny and Kristina agree to remind Dante of it when he wakes up. Sonny expresses his wish that he was the one in the hospital bed instead of his son. Kristina stops him and tells him that he has always been there for her, he’s always been her rock, and there’s nothing she would change about him, imperfections and all. She says he’s the best dad and Dante would be the first one to tell him that.
Sonny Meets Natalia!
Natalia shows up and says sorry for butting in. Kristina does the introductions, and Sonny mentions he’s heard of her. Natalia explains she needs Kristina’s help and brings up finding Kristina in Blaze’s bed. She’s struggling to accept having a gay daughter and asks Sonny if it’s always been easy for him.
Sonny provides some valuable insight for Natalia. She tells Kristina that she is fortunate to have a dad like this.

At the hospital, Willow and Liz are chatting about how Dante hasn’t been alone since he was brought in, and John overhears.
After Willow leaves, John introduces himself to Liz and says he’s investigating a shooting in Port Charles and overheard her talking about Dante.
John’s got a few questions about Jason Morgan while Willow’s eavesdropping from a distance. Cates mentions that the bureau and the PCPD are trying to find Jason, and since she has a history with him and a child, he wants to know if Jason’s been in touch with her or her family.
Aiden Swings By the Hospital!
Liz fires back that she hasn’t heard from Jason, and if he put Dante in the hospital, the only thing that matters is the law, not her loyalty. Cates warns that if she’s lying and hiding a fugitive, she could face federal charges, and then Willow hearing this takes off.
Later, at the hospital, Aiden shows up with a new cookie recipe and needs someone to taste it. Elizabeth asks why he didn’t go to Jake, and Aiden explains that Jake isn’t talking to him.
Jake totally thinks Jason shot Dante, and when Aiden tried to say they don’t know for sure, Jake stormed off to his room and slammed the door in his face. Elizabeth says she’ll chat with him, but Aiden’s tells Jake won’t want to talk to her because he thinks she will only defend Jason. Then Chase shows up, and Aiden asks if he thinks Jason shot Dante.
Chase says to Aiden the evidence says Jason shot Dante, but he also made the emergency call to save Dante.
General Hospital GH Recap March 19, 2024
Jason is moving around when Danny swoops in to help out. After making sure Jason’s all good, Danny, fresh from school, tells him not to worry about anyone coming after him. Danny starts thinking about how much he used to love hanging out at Grandma Monica’s place.
Danny shares some of his hobbies, but their chat gets cut short when Willow shows up and tells Danny to go to his room.
Later, Willow helps Jason dress his wound and gives him his meds, stressing how crucial it is to take them on time. But even with all her reassurances, Jason senses that something’s off with Willow. She insists that she and Michael are cool with everything, but getting Danny involved was a big mistake.
Willow’s worried about how Jagger will react. Jason promises to ensure that none of them will get implicated. He will make it look like they never helped him.
Brook Lynn Has It Out With Agent Cates!
Danny is in the mansion when Cates walks in, looking to chat with him about his old man. Cates asks if he’s seen or heard from his dad in the last couple of days, to which Danny replies with a no.
Then, out of the blue, Brook Lynn shows up and tells Danny to scram because she needs to have a chat with Cates. She straight up tells him he’s a total disgrace to his badge and that his unprofessional conduct really ticked her off. She wonders how dare him barge in there to question a minor with his parents around.
Cates tries to explain that he didn’t expect Danny to be alone, but Brook Lynn shuts him down, telling him to stop yapping and leave. He pleads with her to apologize to Danny and Yuri on his behalf, but she ain’t having any of it.
Finally, she calls Danny to come out, and when he does, he’s grinning from ear to ear. She then drops some wisdom on him, saying never to chat with the cops without a lawyer present, unless that cop happens to be Jason.
Cate goes home and Anna shows up with a bottle of wine, saying she owes him a drink.
