Jordan Faces a Setback
In today’s November 4 episode recap of General Hospital, Jordan wakes up in Baden-Baden following her procedure. “Michael, oh my God, are you real?” she asks.
Jordan explains that she was having a terrible nightmare, but Michael thinks it is just the fever. He notes that the fever spiked during the operation, forcing the doctors to halt everything. Despite the setback, Jordan begs him to let them continue.
Michael offers Jordan his opinion, telling her that if it were him, he would pause the treatments. Jordan worries that waiting could delay her return to the operating table by years.
However, Michael warns her that moving forward poses a serious risk, especially to her kidneys. Jordan insists she is confident she and her kidneys can ride it out—after all, they have done it before.
Curtis gets Encouraging News
Meanwhile, back in Port Charles, Monet visits Curtis in Pentonville to share an update on the published article. It is having the exact impact they hoped for and is already getting picked up by other news outlets. Curtis admits he had his doubts at first, but acknowledges she was right. Monet then asks what Jordan thinks about the situation.
Curtis shares that Jordan is busy with her procedure, and besides, he doesn’t have access to the internet in prison.
Brook Lynn Opens up to Sonny
Elsewhere, Brook Lynn visits Sonny with Phoebe, relieved he invited them over because they need his help. “Thanks to Jude Jacks,” Sonny notes. When Brook asks how he already knows about Jude, Sonny explains that he found out earlier that morning. Brook admits she is worried Jude might have a legitimate legal claim to her daughter.
Sonny adds that he doesn’t know Jude, but he knew Jude’s father—and he was terrible. He then wonders what Jude is actually asking for.
Later, Brook Lynn goes to hospital to get a DNA test done.
Carly Advises Joe
At the station, Joe presses Carly to explain the bracelet. She holds her ground and reminds him that it doesn’t belong to her. She guesses that she lost track of it after breaking up with Jack. While she understands Joe wants to solve the case, Carly warns him that he is jumping to the wrong conclusions. She suggests he start over and let the evidence point to the real killer—who is definitely not her.
Joss Visits Carly
Later, Joss visits her mom at the station. She believes Carly is innocent, but remains convinced she is hiding something. Carly assures her that she isn’t protecting a killer, but rather someone who actually deserves her protection.
Joss reminds her mom that things would be much easier if she weren’t locked up for murder right now—especially given everything else going on.
Joss explains that her cousin, Jude, is in town.
Willow Ticks Off Tristan
Over at the hospital, Tristan notices that Lucas looks stressed. Lucas explains that he is waiting on Jack Brennan’s autopsy results. His sister was arrested for the murder, but he knows she is innocent. Hoping a fresh set of unbiased eyes might uncover helpful evidence, Lucas asks Tristan to take a look at the report. Tristan agrees.
Shortly after, Willow arrives and tells Tristan she is pulling him off duty for another matter. When Tristan resists, Willow assures him she has already cleared it with the proper authorities.
Lucas chimed in, stunned that she is using her congressional weight to pull rank, and points out that he thought she would be at the PCPD supporting her sister. Tristan tells Lucas he can handle Willow on his own. Once Lucas leaves, Willow thanks Tristan for cooperating, but he quickly shuts her down. “I would rather be in a deep, dark hole at a black site than cooperate with you,” he fires back.
He reminds her that despite her best, obnoxious efforts, he doesn’t owe her anything. Still, Willow points out that her mom did nothing wrong, and after everything the WSB put her through, she could really use his help.
Tristan Agrees to Help
Willow explains that she demanded her mom be examined, which is where Tristan comes in. She apologizes for her pushy approach and admits she is just deeply worried about her mother.
Tristan understands her concern, but warns that getting involved could lead the Bureau to think they can lean on him whenever they want. Willow apologizes again, this time adding a sincere “please.” She assures him that he would be doing her an enormous favor—and adds that she has something her mom desperately needs, asking if he would be willing to deliver it.
Meanwhile, Joe swings by the hospital to see Lucas. He explains that when he started investigating, he had no idea the trail would lead to Carly. Lucas understands the difficult position and adds that he cannot fault him for doing his job. Still, he makes it clear that his sister is no murderer.
Lucas even tells him that there is something he wants Joe to look at in the autopsy report.
“Wait, how did you get your hands on that?” Joe asks.
Lucas explains that the autopsy was legally obtained and again begs Joe to take a look. After all, he thinks there is something the detective is missing.
Lucas can’t understand why Brennan had booze and pills in his system, noting that it seems far too messy for the man he knew. He suspects someone gave Brennan the pills without his knowledge.
Nina Learns about Jack’s Death
Meanwhile, Baines and Nina meet up again. She demands to know when she can finally see her family, but Baines reveals a new development that could either help or hurt her case: Brennan’s body has been found.
Nina suspects the WSB killed him and used her as a decoy. She lashes out, telling Baines to stop pretending to be a decent man. Baines insists he had no part in it, adding that finding out what happened to Brennan is his top priority. He then drops another bombshell: Carly and Valentin have both been arrested on suspicion of murder.
Nina thinks this explains how Jack’s wallet ended up in her car. Given how much Carly despises her, it makes perfect sense that Carly is trying to frame her—even adding that Carly killed her daughter, Nelle. She can’t believe she didn’t piece it together sooner.
Just then, Baines gets a call. After hanging up, he informs Nina that she is about to have a visitor.
Baines introduces Nina to Tristan and tells her that she has her daughter to thank for this.
Ava Updates Drew
Finally, Ava walks into Drew’s office while he is on the phone with Kevin Buchanan and tells him to hang up. “The police found Jack Brennan’s body,” she reveals. Drew immediately makes a follow-up call, telling the person on the line that he received a tip and needs them to investigate what’s going on.
Once he hangs up, Drew turns to Ava and warns her that she better pray Nina stays right where she is—because if Nina ever finds out what they did, she will come after them both.
Later, after getting an update from his source on the phone, Drew notes that his day couldn’t get any better. He then informs Ava that the PCPD arrested Carly and Valentin.
Meanwhile, Willow shows up with big news, telling Ava that her mom is being transferred back to a holding cell in Port Charles.
