Heather Makes An Announcement
In today’s November 2 episode recap of General Hospital, Heather Webber stuns Trina, Gio, Emma, and Kai at the performance. Right as the song ends, she breaks into an astounding round of applause, making quite the grand entrance.
Kai wants to leave, but Heather begs for just one minute. She admits that she went about things the wrong way. Heather assures Trina that she is not the stalker, explaining that she only wanted to tell her why she is back in Port Charles and that she means her no harm. Kai still thinks they should leave, but Trina stops him and demands that Heather say what she needs to say.
Trina immediately assumes Heather is the unhinged stalker behind the fan page and the flower deliveries. However, Heather shuts that down fast. “You got this all wrong,” she tells her. She insists she never set up any page. She did not send any flowers either. In fact, she does not even know how to check her own email! However, Heather admits she booked out the entire venue for one reason: she needed to see Trina in person.
Trina adds that she is not interested in Heather rehashing her apologies. Heather knows that she hurt people.
Heather Owns Wyndemere
She announces that she is putting down roots in Port Charles. Heather is all about family now, and that is all she cares about. She reveals that she just bought a big home: Spoon Island. Heather even suggests they can all come over and have dinner, but Trina does not like the idea at all. Heather also reveals that she started a music scholarship at PCU in Trina’s name. She notes that all she wants is to make amends.
Heather does her best to assure Trina that she has nothing to worry about. Trina could care less. Before she leaves, she warns Heather never to come near her again or else she will have her arrested.
Danny Makes a Confession to Jason
Elsewhere, Jason meets with Danny on the anniversary of Sam’s death. He notes that Sam would want nothing more than for them to remember the good times. That is when Danny admits he has something to tell his father. He reveals the real reason he punched Rocco was because Rocco brought up his mom. Rocco claimed that if Sam were alive, she would send Danny away. An emotional Danny confesses that he misses his mom all the time. He often feels like she would be really disappointed in him and the things he has done. Jason stops him immediately. “You couldn’t be more wrong,” he reassures his son.
Later, Jason is about to leave, but Danny stops him in his tracks. He notes that he has something else to tell him. “I know for a fact that Jack Brennan is dead,” he confesses.
Danny reveals that he also told Valentin and Carly tonight. He adds that there is one more thing. He is pretty sure that Brennan is buried at the nature preserve because Outback showed up with a finger in her mouth.
Danny adds that Carly and Valentin are out investigating right now. Jason races off the very same second.
Joe Investigates
At the same time, Valentin and Carly make a gruesome discovery when they find Brennan’s body. They think they should just leave and act like they saw nothing. But before they can get away, Joe arrives on the scene. “Stop,” Joe shouts, warning them that they are trespassing.
Joe takes a closer look and wonders if they know whose body it is. They claim to have no idea. They note that Outback was out there, and they simply followed the dog until they saw the hand. Joe then calls for help. He informs them that it is officially a crime scene.
Joe decides to search both Carly and Valentin. Valentin immediately digs in his heels and insists he has nothing to say without a lawyer present.
At the station, Joe has questions for Valentin. He warns that if what he found in his pocket has residue from the finger, he can safely assume Valentin is involved somehow.
Martin arrives to represent Valentin. Val assures him that they had nothing to do with Brennan’s death and explains that he and Carly were just following a lead. Val wants him to get him out of there immediately. Martin reminds him that he will need some actual intel in order to make that happen.
Martin wants to take his client home, but Joe stops them in their tracks. The body has officially been identified as Jack Brennan, he announces. Neither Carly nor Val looks surprised by the news, so Joe announces that they are both under arrest. At the same time, the cops dig up Brennan’s body at the nature reserve and find Charlotte’s bracelet on him.
Joss Asks Hudson for Help
Across town, Hudson meets with Joss. She wants them to find any and everything they can on Jude Jacks. She explains that he is a major threat, and not only to her. Joss reveals that Jude is actually her cousin. She notes that her dad explicitly warned her that if Jude ever showed up, she should slam the door in his face. On top of that, Joss drops a massive bombshell on Hudson: Jude is going after Phoebe.
Hudson is surprised that Jude is claiming to be Phoebe’s father. Joss is not sure if that is the truth or not, knowing her cousin could be up to anything. Hudson chimes in that he checked the websites and found nothing about Jude.
Joss decides to reach out to HR to see if they have a file on Jude, just in case her dad ever gave him a job. However, Hudson suggests they get out of there to decompress and take a break from all the drama. “What did you have in mind?” Joss asks.
Britt and Jude Meet Again
Meanwhile, Britt goes to the Brown Dog and bumps into her “Crackerjack”—aka Jude. “Fancy meeting you here,” she greets him. From the way he was talking before, she thought he would have left Port Charles by now. Jude explains he has an important reason to stay. Britt assumes he is talking about her, which she finds flattering.
However, Jude explains that he actually has various reasons for staying put. He thinks they should finally do official introductions since they do not even know each other’s real names yet, but Britt stops him.
Britt thinks learning about each other’s lives could pave the way for disaster. She suggests there are things they are better off not knowing. Britt even thinks they could have one more night together. Jude agrees they can have one more anonymous night.
Joss Meets Her Cousin
Britt and Jude start kissing. As they are about to leave, they run right into Hudson and Joss. “If it isn’t my little cousin,” Jude says.
Joss is standoffish with him right away. She even tells him that he does not belong in Port Charles and he will not get what he wants. Jude, however, fires back that she does not get to tell him where he belongs. Just then, Hudson steps in between them and tells Jude to back off.
“Tell your boyfriend to back off,” Jude says.
Joss clears things up quickly. Hudson is not her boyfriend; he works for her. Britt thinks they should postpone this family reunion for another time. However, Joss notes that while they might be family, they are definitely not close. Britt is ready to leave, but Joss warns her not to get involved with her cousin. He is dangerous.
Jude wants to go home with Britt, but she tells him that she changed her mind now that she knows his name.
Chase and Brook Lynn Are Ready to Fight
Over at the Quartermaine mansion, Alexis meets with Chase and Brook Lynn to strategize about Phoebe. Alexis notes that Jude was not the biological father who signed over his parental rights. That leaves the divorced pair questioning who the real father actually was. Alexis points out that Jude came to her to represent him. She notes that he is completely adamant that he is Phoebe’s father. He wants her, and he is going to fight for her.
Brook Lynn thinks they need to talk to whoever the biological father is. After all, he could help them. They insist Alexis should tell them who he is.
Alexis cannot give them that information. She would have to get a court order to do that. However, she suggests that she can reach out to the baby’s father herself. Still, if that does not work in their favor, there may be another way to undercut Jude.
Liz Helps Dante
Finally, at the hospital, Liz deals with a young boy named Travis who is frantically looking for his mom. Dante arrives at the ER and watches as Liz gently takes care of the little one.
Later, Liz offers to get Dante to get looked at since he is hopping again.
