General Hospital Episode Recap and Spoilers for Today, Wednesday, November 22, 2023:
What happened today on General Hospital: Jordan asks for Laura’s help. Dante discovers a lead in Anna’s case. Sonny has an offer for Sasha. Anna and Valentin have a confrontation.
GH Recap Today
Sonny visits Sasha and expresses his joy that she has returned to work. Sasha expresses her concerns about the awkwardness of returning to work after the incident. However, she mentions that it is going well. Sonny wants to talk about Sasha’s financial situation and asks her about the amount of money that Gladys stole. Sasha is of the opinion that the amount did not matter since the money is already gone. She thanks Sonny for not sending Gladys to prison.
She is Brando’s mother, and Sasha is happy that she no longer has to see her. Sonny believes that Sasha deserves to get her money back, but Sasha refuses his offer to return the money, as she doesn’t need it. Sasha is a strong and determined individual. She has overcome her addiction and values each day as a precious gift. Sasha insists that the debt is not his to pay. Instead, she suggests that Sonny donate the money to a mental health charity and donate in Brando and Liam’s names. Sonny agrees to Sasha’s proposal.
Martin is overjoyed to see and reunite with Laura. As they talk about their family, Laura brings up their brother and wonders what they should do about him. Martin suggests that since she’s the Mayor, she could use her power to make their brother disappear. However, Laura is hesitant to do so, even if she could. She doesn’t believe he’s truly reformed, but she also knows that he could be playing them all. They can’t understand how a judge could have signed off on Cyrus’ release. Laura suspects that the judge might have been bribed. With Cyrus already out of jail, Laura suggests that they should support his claim of having changed, given that he’s their sibling.
Just then, Jordan arrives and apologizes for interrupting. She tells Laura that she needs to speak with her urgently, off the record. Jordan explains that Curtis wants to investigate his shooting and asks for Laura’s permission to pursue it with him. Laura agrees to give her blessing to Jordan to investigate.
Gregory walks into The Invader and approaches Alexis with a request for her help. Alexis notices that he’s using a cane and inquires about it. Gregory explains that he’s been using it for a few days, as advised by Dr. Cramer, to avoid further injuries from falls until he needs a wheelchair. He then proceeds to ask Alexis to assist his son, Finn. Gregory reveals to Alexis that Diane is already on retainer for the Muldoon family and cannot represent Finn in his case. Alexis expresses concern, as Diane is known for her litigation skills and is nicknamed “Killer Miller”. 
She offers to make a call to see if she can help. Alexis contacts Martin and introduces him to Gregory. Martin familiarizes himself with the case and informs Gregory that in malpractice lawsuits, the facts often take a backseat to appearances. He suggests that they focus on highlighting Finn’s expertise and making the jury see what a great doctor he is. Alexis agrees with Martin’s proposal, and Gregory decides to hire him.

Nina is delighted to see Curtis out and about, who tells her that life goes on and he cannot sit at home all day. She apologizes for not being in touch sooner and expresses her excitement that he has asked to meet. However, Curtis warns her that she might not be so excited once she hears what he has to say. He admits that he needs a big favor and Nina assures him that she is willing to do anything he wants, just name it. He is not sure she will feel that way after he explains. He tells her that he is doing his own investigation into who shot him and is hoping that since the shooting happened at her hotel, she would give him complete access.
Curtis asks for the security footage from the day of the shooting. She responds by saying that she is uncertain about the availability of the footage, as the police had taken over the investigation after the shooting. However, the original footage might still be accessible. Curtis claims to be tech-savvy and suggests that he could find the footage on the server if she gives him her password. She agrees and hands over her security ID and password, expressing full trust in him. She says if this helps him, she is happy to do it. Curtis points out that the bullet was intended for Anna or Sonny. Nina notes that if someone tried to kill Sonny, they could try again, and she wants to do everything to make sure that doesn’t happen. Nina also talks about Michael being an issue and Curtis offers to help, but she tells him that there is no need to.
Anna pays a visit to Charlotte, but Charlotte reacts angrily by screaming at her to leave and insisting that she is not welcome. Anna pleads with her to listen, hoping to talk things over and explain what happened. Anna explains that the situation was an accident, but Charlotte is skeptical and wonders how it could have happened. Anna admits that she didn’t know Charlotte was in her apartment at the time, but now she understands what happened and why Charlotte was there. Anna also reveals that Victor’s accusations against her are untrue. Meanwhile, Valentin arrives at the hospital and inquires about Charlotte’s condition. Liz informs him that Charlotte is making progress, but suddenly, they hear Charlotte screaming for help. Liz and Valentin rush to her aid, only to find Anna standing there.
Dante and Chase receive an update from the coroner regarding the victim’s autopsy. According to the coroner, there was a strange bruise on the victim’s heel. Upon further inspection, they discovered a key inside the victim’s shoe. Later, Chase enters the room and informs them that the victim’s fingerprints match those of Jamison Forsyth. Dante then contacts Anna and asks her to meet him at the morgue, explaining that there is something she needs to see. When Anna arrives, Dante provides her with an update and asks if she recognizes the deceased individual. She recognizes him as her stalker.
