Chase Makes His Case

Jane Elliot as Tracy Quartermaine on General Hospital.

On today’s episode of General Hospital, Tracy Quartermaine finds Chase in the mansion kitchen. She expected him to be with her granddaughter. She wastes no time addressing their marital troubles.

Tracy warns that his current charade is deeply painful for Brook Lynn. She suggests he go ahead and file for divorce, but Chase tells her to stay out of his business. He explains that if they split, he wants a smooth transition for their daughter. Still, he isn’t sure he actually wants a divorce. After all, he still loves his wife.

“Then forgive her and move on,” Tracy says.

Josh Swickard as Harrison Chase on General Hospital.

Chase admits he can’t do that after all the lies. Tracy counters that by punishing Brook Lynn, he gives Willow a free pass at every turn. She points out that if Brook Lynn had told the truth from the start, they wouldn’t have gotten custody. Chase refuses to listen. He reminds Tracy that she was the one who convinced Brook Lynn to lie in the first place.

Michael Gives Brook Lynn Advice

Amanda Setton as Brook Lynn Quartermaine Chase on GH.

After a game, Brook Lynn confesses to Michael that Chase was all she could think about. She opens up about him moving back in. She believes he only did it to gain leverage for custody.

“Maybe we should get legally separated,” she says.

Michael Corinthos on General Hospital
Rory Gibson as Michael Corinthos on GH.

Michael tells her that would be a massive mistake. He urges her to fight for Phoebe. She needs to stay sharp and position herself to win. Michael suggests she wait for Chase to screw up. He predicts Willow will make a move soon, and Chase will fall into bed with her. That mistake would give Brook Lynn full custody.

“You son of a bitch!” Brook Lynn yells, shoving him into the water.

Brook Lynn assumes this strategy is what Michael wanted all along. She accuses him of using it as the exact reason he had Willow move back into the gatehouse. Michael confesses, pointing out a silver lining that could get her everything she wants. However, Brook Lynn is furious that he is willingly sacrificing her marriage and her family for it.

Chase comes along just in time and wonders what the hell is going on.

Danny and Scout Clash

At the same time, Danny visits Scout. She warns him that showing up is a huge mistake. He reveals he waited until her dad left first. He came over because Charlotte was sent to boarding school. Scout admits she already knows.

“What else did Rocco tell you?” she asks. She senses there is more to the story.

Reluctantly, Danny reveals that things got physical between him and Rocco. They had a heated argument about Charlotte. Scout assumes Danny threw the first punch. She knows Rocco isn’t the type to start a fight. Danny admits she is right.

“When did my brother turn into such a thug?” she asks.

Danny makes it clear that he isn’t a thug. Scout shuts him down, reminding him that he is reckless. She finds it disgusting that he is defending Charlotte and what she tried to do to her dad. Scout tells him that she feels completely ashamed of him. Danny promises that she is his sister and he will always be there whenever she needs him.

“I never will!” she fires back, demanding that he get out.

Danny rushes into the Quartermaine mansion. Tracy notices his face immediately and asks what happened. He assures her he didn’t steal any more cars, but he admits he punched out Rocco and now his sister hates him.

Rocco Opens up to Lulu

Rocco on GH
Finn Carr as Rocco Falconeri on General Hospital.

At home, Rocco tries to sneak out. He wants to hide his bruised face from his mom. Lulu catches him anyway and demands to know what happened. Rocco tries to brush it off, but Lulu pushes him to open up. He finally reveals that he and Danny got into a fight over Charlotte because they were both angry.

Alexa Havins Bruening as Lulu Spencer on GH.

Later, Lulu goes to see Tracy. She mentions that Danny is out of control and someone needs to intervene.

Meanwhile, Scout visits Rocco.

Willow Pays Curtis a Visit

Over at GH, Dr. Tristan checks on Curtis. He informs him that his vitals are strong. His injuries are healing well, and he is in good standing. Curtis asks if he is being sent back to Pentonville. Tristan explains that he isn’t sending him anywhere personally. However, there is no medical reason to keep him at GH. As Tristan leaves, Willow approaches him to ask about Curtis. She tries to extract medical intel, but Tristan refuses to budge. Willow then goes directly into Curtis’s room.

“I didn’t expect to see my congresswoman,” Curtis says.

She explains that she insisted on seeing him to offer assistance. She mentions hearing that he named Sonny for the attack. Curtis immediately points out that the accusation is the real reason she showed up.

Curtis demands that Willow get him out of Pentonville. He believes she has enough pull in her position to make it happen. She appreciates his faith in her, but she reminds him her hands are tied. Curtis counters that if anyone can convince the governor to vacate his sentence, it’s her. He promises that if she gets him released, he will hand her Sonny on a silver platter.

“Let me see what I can do,” she promises.

Trina Has News for Gio

Trina on General Hospital
Tabyana Ali as Trina Robinson on General Hospital.

Gio visits Trina. He assumed they were meeting at the studio, but she informs him that her dad was severely beaten. He is now in the hospital.

“Gio, the attack was ordered… by your grandfather,” she tells him.

Gio on General Hospital
Giovanni Mazza as Gio Palmieri on General Hospital.

Gio struggles to believe it. He argues that his grandpa wouldn’t do that to anyone, even Sidwell. After all, Sonny is out of the mob. Trina adds that her father is completely certain Sonny was behind it.

Trina refuses to stand there and listen to Gio defend his grandfather while her dad almost lost his life. She is confronting the brutal reality that her father faces danger every single day he stays in prison. Desperate, Trina asks Gio to beg his grandfather not to kill her dad.

Later, Trina swings by the hospital to see her dad. Willow notices that she has been waiting a while. She tells the guard to make sure Miss Robinson gets to spend as much time with her dad as she likes.

Meanwhile, Willow tells Tristan that they need to keep Curtis at GH for a bit longer. He begs to differ. However, she asks him to keep Curtis there as a personal favor to her. Tristan agrees.

Dante Confronts Sonny

Sonny expresses his gratitude and hugs him. However, Dante makes it clear that while he wants to believe him, he needs the absolute truth. Sonny assures him that he did not order the attack on Sidwell, but Dante doesn’t buy it. He refuses to stand there and listen to more lies, so Dante turns to leave.

Sonny swears he had nothing to do with the hit. Dante brings up Vito and the surveillance footage linking his men to the scene. Sonny explains that while Vito and Sully work for him, he never gave the order. He doesn’t know how it happened, but he insists he was set up. Dante is furious, unable to believe he still can’t trust his father.

Sonny tries to make his son listen to reason. He insists he was set up. He admits he sent Vito with a message to Sully. Sonny didn’t want to be blamed for something he didn’t do, which is exactly what Dante is doing right now.

“For God’s sake, Dante, if I wanted Sidwell, he wouldn’t be in that hospital bed. He would be dead ten times over,” Sonny promises.

Dante still doesn’t believe his dad. This makes Sonny furious. Just then, Gio swings by and overhears the heated conversation. Sonny demands that Dante leave. “I don’t want a son like you,” he says.
