Sawandi Wilson as Isaiah Gannon on General Hospital.

On today’s episode of General Hospital, Isaiah thanks Tristan for being his wingman as he goes to see Sidwell.

“How are you feeling today, Mr. Sidwell?” he asks.

However, Sidwell tells him that he can’t be his doctor when he has every reason to want him to die. Isaiah explains it wasn’t him—it was Dr. Roberts who saved Sidwell’s life.

Sidwell then tells him that he can send his bill to Sonny Corinthos, since Sonny is the one responsible for what happened to him. Next, Sidwell wonders if his cellmate Curtis survived. Isaiah notes that he did. He took a bad beating, but he is doing better. Sidwell continues to push Isaiah’s buttons, but Isaiah isn’t having it, so he storms out.

Meanwhile, Portia is back at work and tells Stella that she misses her job. Stella mentions that if she wants to take more time off, she can. After all, she is a new mom and wouldn’t be the first to take extra leave. Still, Portia insists she is ready to be back.

Later, Isaiah comes along, and Portia tells him she is considering going home with Stella, who shared her plans for little Dez. Isaiah senses some tension and thinks he should stay away from spending time with Dez for now.

However, Portia is not having it. She reminds him that he is the man in her life and she loves him. She wants Dez to love him too.

Stella Meets Monet

Blythe Howard as Monet on GH.

Elsewhere, Monet explains to Curtis that she is Jordan’s sister, though they aren’t close. Monet points out that she and Jordan ran into each other recently, but unfortunately, Jordan didn’t see fit to pass that along. She notes it would be a shame if her sister is in the habit of keeping secrets from her beau.

Curtis then reveals that Jordan is out of town for face surgery. Monet thinks it’s about time. Still, Curtis wants to know Monet’s angle, especially since she has been so adamant about representing him. Monet insists she just wants to help because he was treated unfairly by the judicial system. She also claims Jordan has no idea what she is capable of.

“She will always see me as her little sister that can’t do anything right,” she claims.

After their little chat, Stella tells Curtis that she doesn’t trust Monet.

Chase and Willow Strategize

In another part of town, Chase comes to Willow’s defense. He doesn’t think she would ever do what is being reported in The Invader.

Britt chimes in, wondering if Chase wants to punish the Quartermaines more than he wants to help Willow. She suggests Willow give a statement to the press saying it’s all a lie. She reminds her that people won’t believe Jenz Sidwell so easily, while Willow, on the other hand, is a congresswoman.

Britt doesn’t think Willow should sue; instead, she thinks the best thing to do is ignore it. Willow thanks her for stopping by and suggests she and Chase can take it from here. Chase then proposes they see what Lulu has and beg her to retract the bogus report.

Emma Gets Anna’s Support

Meanwhile, Emma talks with her grandmother, Anna. She asks her grams to co-sign a lease for her and Gio.

“What!” Anna says in excitement, learning that the two are moving in together.

She points out that it’s a very big step. Emma notes they are ready for it, but if her grams needs her to stay, she will. Anna insists Emma needs to stand on her own two feet, so she will sign the lease and put down the deposit. Emma tries to stop her, but Anna says it will be her pleasure.

“So when are you two moving in together?” Anna asks.

Emma notes it will be as soon as possible, adding that Gio cannot stay at Sonny’s for another night.

Justine Seeks Anna’s Expertise

Over at the PCPD, Justine questions Dante about how the hell Lulu managed to get an interview with Sidwell. Dante reveals Lulu didn’t come through him. He doesn’t know details, but he agrees that the story about Willow drugging Drew is really interesting.

Justine wonders if the report is accurate. Dante defends Lulu, telling the ADA she wouldn’t report this without dotting her i’s and crossing her t’s.

“If that’s the case, Sidwell just accused a sitting congresswoman of a raft of crimes,” Justine notes.

Anna comes by the station, and Justine approaches her to ask for her expertise as a former WSB agent. She wonders if the WSB has a drug that causes locked-in syndrome. Anna confirms they do and notes Sidwell could have gotten access to it. However, this doesn’t make total sense to her. She doesn’t think Sidwell would give this info to Lulu, as she can’t see what he stands to gain.

Because of this, they decide they need to talk to Sidwell directly, and Dante agrees to go. Anna prepares to leave, but Justine asks her to stay because there is something else. Justine mentions a time when she came down hard on Anna for her closeness to Sonny, and she admits that she has now fallen into that same trap herself.

Justine notes she doesn’t know if there is enough for an arrest. She gives Anna the case files and begs her to be her second set of eyes. Anna agrees to do it.

Sidwell Faces Questions

Later, Britt heads to the hospital and enters Sidwell’s room. She points out that she is going to live a long and healthy life, while Sidwell, on the other hand, might not. She reveals she just found out Sidwell forced Willow to drug Drew.

He is confused that Willow would divulge that particular information to anyone. Britt reveals Willow didn’t. You did, she tells him: “To the whole world.”

He claims Lulu came into his room dressed as a nurse and that he thought it was a dream. He insists there is nothing in it for him, so he would never intentionally do this. Britt warns that this looks worse for him than anyone else, but she thinks there is something he can do to stop the damage.

Right then, Dante arrives and goes in to see Sidwell.

“Are you here to protect your ex-wife or your father?” Sidwell asks.

Dante wants to talk about the assault and the article Lulu published. Sidwell claims it was all lies.

Gio Moves Out

Giovanni Mazza as Gio Palmieri on GH.

Meanwhile, Gio tells Sonny he is planning to move out and live with Emma. Sonny wonders if this move is happening because Gio thinks it’s time, or because Dante insists Sonny is responsible for the beatings of Sidwell and Curtis. Gio explains he is in a tough spot.

Sonny understands and reassures him that he will never ask him to go against his own father. Gio notes that this is his own decision and he stands by it. He adds that while his dad may be one reason he is moving out, Trina is another. They’ve become close, and her dad blamed Sonny for the attack.

Sonny completely understands, but reminds Gio that he loves him. Gio says he loves him too. Later, Emma arrives and talks to Sonny while Gio packs up his stuff. Sonny promises to prove he is innocent for Gio’s sake.

Later, Gio comes out with his stuff and says goodbye to his grandpa.
