Carly Tells Joss the Truth

On today’s episode of General Hospital, Carly and Joss grab coffee at home. Joss asks why her mom wanted to get breakfast. Carly claims there isn’t an ulterior motive, but Joss knows better.
Then Carly brings up what happened with Emma at The Brown Dog. She hopes her daughter isn’t blaming herself for what happened to Anna. She mentions that Anna is the strongest woman she knows. Still, her job with the WSB drives her to the point of a breakdown.
Joss reminds her mom that she is currently on leave and running her dad’s company. Because of that, there is no reason to worry right now.
“That’s a lie!” Carly exclaims.
She reveals Jack told her everything. She knows Joss isn’t actually relieved of her WSB duties like she claims. Joss reminds her that no one can know about this.
She also explains that she has no idea what the WSB wants with JJE. They discuss Brennan going missing. Carly admits she was the one who pointed the WSB in Nina’s direction. She thinks Baines must have something pretty damning to make the arrest. Joss isn’t so sure, though. She warns her mom to steer clear of the WSB.
Curtis Gives Trina Some Advice
Over at Pentonville, Trina visits her dad. She greets him with a hug before asking how he is holding up. He is doing fine, but he worries about her. She admits she hates seeing him there. He would be home with her brother right now if it weren’t for Brook Lynn.
She then reveals she fired Brook Lynn as her manager. Curtis is proud of her for standing up for herself. Still, he tells her not to throw her music career away over what happened to him. The thought of her sharing her voice helps him pass the days. Trina notes that her mom told her the exact same thing.
As she is about to leave, her dad offers some advice. He warns her to be careful with the Quartermaines.
Brook Lynn Confronts Lucy

Speaking of Brook Lynn, she meets with Lucy at the Metro Court Gardens. Serena is expected to join them soon. Brook Lynn is glad Serena is coming so she can hear how Lucy screwed her over. Lucy acts like she has no idea what she is talking about. She claims she was just as shocked as everyone else to learn Brook Lynn was the runaway driver.
“We had a deal, Lucy; you broke it,” Brook Lynn points out.
Lucy says she is sorry this blew up in Brook’s face.
“Then give me back my stock,” Brook Lynn demands.

Lucy refuses. She points out it isn’t her fault that Brook Lynn’s lies caught up with her. Serena arrives, and Brook Lynn immediately tells her that her mom is a liar. Lucy offers to help, but Brook Lynn wants no more lies. Whatever happens between her and Chase is private.
Michael is a Jordan Fan
At Aurora, Jordan finishes a phone call in French just as Michael walks in. He notes that since she took over, everything has been smooth sailing. Michael was supposed to see her today. He wouldn’t have blamed her if she stayed home, though. Michael mentions what happened with Brook Lynn. Jordan notes that staying home wouldn’t change anything. Just then, Brook Lynn knocks on the door.
“Sorry, I didn’t mean to interrupt. I was hoping to speak with Jordan,” she says.
Brook Lynn apologizes. Jordan tells her that it was her fault for taking her eyes off the road for a second. Brook Lynn swears she had no idea that anyone was hurt, and Jordan notes that she has no other choice but to believe her. However, she thinks there is something Brook Lynn can do for Curtis.
Michael arrives at the MC Gardens. Serena wants to pitch the new product line they discussed, and Lucy is happy about that. However, Lucy wants to discuss other things.
Baines Threatens to Extradite Nina

At the PCPD, Nina lashes out while in custody. Baines reminds her that they are at the police station. However, she is there because of the WSB. Any rights she thinks she has are given entirely at his discretion. Outside, Ric shows up and demands Dante let him see his client immediately. Baines comes out, and Ric takes it up with him. Baines tells Ric he can go on in to see Nina. Ric talks with her for a moment. Then Baines returns and shows her Jack Brennan’s wallet. They found it under the seat of her car. Nina insists Jack has never been in her car, and she doesn’t know how it got there. Baines warns that she must tell him what happened to Brennan. If she refuses, he has enough evidence to extradite her. She maintains she had nothing to do with his disappearance.
Baines leaves Ric to have a moment with his client, who is clearly emotional. Nina tells Ric she couldn’t help herself. She assures him she never had any physical altercation with Brennan.
“Ric, I am being framed either by Jack or someone else,” she says.
Now Ric needs names of anyone who would want to pin his disappearance on her.
Baines returns, and Ric tells him that his client does not know what happened to Brennan. He wants her released immediately. However, Baines has other plans. He informs Nina that the WSB is taking her into custody for the disappearance and possible murder of Chief Brennan. As such, she is being extradited right away.
Justine Has Bad News for Sonny

Meanwhile, Justine visits Sonny. She assumes she is there because of Nina Reeves. He admits Nina was arrested because of him.
“What the hell is going on?” he asks.
Justine notes she cannot help Nina. He wonders if she thinks that’s why he asked her to come by. She points out that Sonny was once married to her. Sonny clarifies that just because things didn’t work out doesn’t mean he wants bad things to happen to his ex. Justine reveals this is out of the hands of Federal Law Enforcement. The WSB is in full control. Changing the subject, she mentions the vacation they discussed and tells him she cannot go. In the spirit of honesty, she admits a getaway sounds wonderful. Unfortunately for them, there won’t be any trip now or ever.
She then swears him to secrecy. Justine tells him that Robert Scorpio is stepping down and she is thinking of running for his position. Sonny thinks she is the best person for it.
Ava Finally Learns the Truth about Her Bestie

Over at Drew’s place, Ava shows up and demands to know what the hell he did to frame Nina. She tells him about the arrest and accuses him of having a hand in it, knowing how much he hates her. Drew admits he may have stashed Brennan’s wallet in Nina’s car. He expresses surprise that they found it so quickly. Ava reminds him that Nina is her friend. On top of that, Drew framed her for the murder of a man she cared about. Drew scoffs at their friendship.
“Really?” he asks. “Did your bestie tell you she tried to kill me?”
He reveals that Willow shot him. He adds that Nina and Willow used a paralytic to keep him locked up. On top of that, Nina pushed him into the water at the boathouse. He feels he is finally getting his revenge for what that mother-daughter duo did to him.
“That’s the very least that I owe Nina,” he says.
Ava is hesitant to believe him. She wonders why he didn’t turn Willow and her mom in to the authorities. Drew explains that Brennan had evidence on him that he was going to use, so he couldn’t go to the police.
When Ava is gone, Drew talks to himself. He says he finally got even with Nina and that her daughter is next.
Meanwhile, Ava is being hauled off by the WSB, just as Ava arrives at the PCPD to see the whole thing.
