Brennan Knows More Than He’s Saying
At the PCPD, Brennan met with Anna to talk. She had questions—top among them being the “who really shot Cullum” mystery. Anna thought it was Cassius.
After all, it makes perfect sense to her. Except Brennan didn’t agree. And that’s because he already knows who the real shooter is. Sadly, it is confidential info that he was not allowed to share with Anna. As he left, Peter August showed up for another one of those hallucinations and asked Anna why she didn’t question Brennan about Britt.
In other parts of town, Jordan ran into Michael. She talked to him about her injuries and how he was able to recover from his burns. That chance encounter ended with Michael getting a surprise call from Maxie.
Over at Carly’s, Lulu swung by… that is, after having a chat with Dante about what she’s going to do regarding Charlotte. Lulu showed up and had a talk with Valentin right there in her cousin’s presence. She made it clear that as much as it hurts her, she is going to let her daughter live with him, but there was one caveat that Valentin agreed to.
And the Baby Name is… Desmond
At the hospital, Britt complained to Stella about the new terms regarding her return to work. Meanwhile, Curtis and Portia got a chance to really talk about their situation and co-parenting future. The happy parents later had a name for their newborn and revealed it to Stella: the child’s name is Desmond Robinson Ashford.

And now the meat of the matter. Brook Lynn, Gio, and Trina met with Simon, the music executive, to discuss a deal. He wanted to sign them individually; however, Gio was not about to sign a deal that didn’t stipulate him and Trina as a package.
Simon, of course, reluctantly agreed to the terms.
Elsewhere, Quinn was back on the scene and apologized to Kai for the way he treated Trina, especially after Kai’s injuries. Kai, however, wanted Quinn to apologize directly to Trina, and he agreed.
Once Trina showed up, she was stunned to see Quinn, but he wasted no time apologizing. As he left to give them space, Trina updated Kai on the music deal.
As they embraced, the camera panned over to Quinn, who looked on. Then we saw a board filled with cutouts of pictures of Trina and ominous music playing. But is this Quinn’s doing or Simon’s? After Trina, Brook Lynn, and Gio left the meeting, Simon called someone and told them how things panned out—and the fact that Trina is who they are really after.
