Lucas Is Caught Off Guard by Carly’s “Apology”
While spending time with Marco at Wyndemere, Lucas was surprised when his sister Carly showed up unexpectedly. Though initially suspicious, Carly claimed she came to apologize for how she reacted to his relationship with Marco — and his decision to move into Wyndemere.
What Lucas didn’t realize was that Carly had ulterior motives.
Carly made her apology so convincing that she won Marco over, too. Though skeptical at first, Marco eventually accepted her olive branch. But Carly clearly had a bigger agenda, and she needed that apology to land if she was going to get what she really came for.
Lucas Overhears a Dangerous Conversation
Afterward, Lucas had to go to work, so this bonding time had to be cut short. Lucas offered for Carly to ride over with him, and they left. But when Lucas realized he’d forgotten his phone, he had to go right back to Wyndemere.
That’s when everything changed.
Lucas returned just in time to overhear a private conversation between Marco and his father, Sidwell. Instead of barging in, Lucas paused and listened. Or shall we say, eavesdropped.
What he heard was shocking.
Marco warned Sidwell that if Carly started spending more time at Wyndemere, it could become a serious problem for them. Why? Because if Carly were to see Britt coming and going from the catacombs, it could blow everything wide open.
Marco clearly doesn’t want that. Neither does Sidwell.
And now Lucas knows something isn’t right.
Is Lucas Now in Danger on GH?
Stunned by what he heard, Lucas quietly stepped away from the door. Of course, this revelation serves as a major eye-opener — especially since Carly had her doubts about Marco and she didn’t shy away from voicing them.
But will Lucas finally see the red flags?
He may not have much time to decide. Pascal spotted Lucas eavesdropping. Even if Lucas pretends he didn’t hear anything, Pascal knows the truth.
So what will Pascal do with that information? And what will Lucas do next?
