Sonny Makes a Promise
Laura (Genie Francis) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) really do need to play catch-up! After all—a lot of huge things recently happened in Port Charles. Namely, Sonny decided to quit mob operations for good and go legitimate. On top of that, Laura is leaving town for a while, meaning Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) will be stepping in as Mayor of the city in the interim.
Plus, Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is finally serving time in prison. So yeah—there is a whole lot to talk about! While Laura drops her big news on Sonny and he drops his on her, Sonny makes a promise to his longtime pal before she goes.
Drew Gets Waylaid
Outside of that, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has only one thing on his mind these days—getting revenge on almost anyone he thinks has wronged him.
That hit list definitely includes Sonny. And even Brennan (Chris McKenna). So far, Drew has partnered up with Ava (Maura West) to go after Sonny, but he’s also teaming up with her to take down Brennan. That can either pay off big time or really backfire on both of them.
