Lucy immediately recognizes him, even though they have never formally met. She reminds him that she saw him at Wyndemere when he came to speak with Pascal Leveque.
“Oh, right, yeah,” Joe replies before introducing himself as a detective.
The two exchange a handshake, and Lucy tells him it’s nice to finally meet him officially.
Joe then asks how he can help her.
That’s when Lucy reveals that she may actually be able to help him.
As viewers know, Lucy has teamed up with Brook Lynn in an effort to make Willow Cain look like the driver responsible for Jordan’s accident. Now, Lucy arrives at the PCPD armed with information that could create even more problems for Willow.
