General Hospital Spoilers Friday, December 18, 2023: 



What happens next on General Hospital: Trina (Tabyana Ali) has decided to confront Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) about her behavior. Trina is unhappy that she was spending so much time with her boyfriend, and she has some choice words for Esme, who has caused her a lot of pain in the past. It seems like a moment to look forward to, as tensions are high.



GH Spoilers for December 18, 2023

Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) sets up a secret meeting with Anna (Finola Hughes) in the morgue to show her that he has been investigating Forsyth. Anna is curious and asks why they keep meeting in the morgue. Dante explains that he prefers it there because there are no security cameras, and the people there are bad witnesses. Dante and Anna are about to make a discovery. 




Meanwhile, Molly (Kristen Vaganos) and TJ (Tajh Bellow) are ready to take the next step and want to get started as soon as possible, but they receive some bad news. Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard) get into the holiday spirit with Violet (Jophielle Love). Kristina’s (Kate Mansi) feelings for Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) grow. Gregory (Gregory Harrison) has questions for Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Brennan wants to get to know Carly (Laura Wright) better.
