General Hospital Spoilers Friday, December 22, 2023: 

What happens tomorrow on General Hospital: Kristina (Kate Mansi) has presented her proposal to Molly (Kristen Vaganos) and TJ (Tajh Bellow), offering them the gift of a lifetime. She has offered to be both their surrogate and their egg donor. And now, she is eager to know if they have made a decision regarding her proposal.

Meanwhile, Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) plans to take a holiday gesture for Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez); how will this work out? Jordan (Tanisha Harper) has an encounter with Cyrus (Jeff Kober) and warns him that she will never forgive him. 

Elsewhere, Gregory (Gregory Harrison) confides in Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) that he wants to live long enough to see his son marry the love of his life. Carly (Laura Wright) is surprised. Adam (Joshua Benard) has a surprising reaction. Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) asks questions to both Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam (Kelly Monaco). Friends and family gather at the hospital for the reading of “The Night Before Christmas.”
