Next on GH: Drew Left Stunned After His Stroke
Drew (Cameron Mathison) is still in the hospital following his massive stroke, and his condition is heartbreaking. According to a recent update from Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), he cannot move or communicate, aside from possibly blinking his eyes.
That alone is devastating, but GH spoilers for the week tease that Drew is also stunned. So why the shock?
At this point, Drew likely realizes that Willow is not the sweet, innocent person she has always presented herself to be.
After all, she was the one who injected something into his system, triggering the stroke in the first place. And soon enough, it seems inevitable that Drew will piece together the truth and know Willow was the one who shot him back in September.
The cruel twist is that even if Drew knows exactly what happened, he may not be able to tell anyone. If he cannot speak or move, his secret could be trapped with him, at least for now.
Chase Reaches His Breaking Point Again
Meanwhile, Chase (Josh Swickard) looks ready to lose his cool yet again. Who will he clash with this time? Could it be another showdown with Michael (Rory Gibson), or will the tension hit closer to home?
In the latest GH preview, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) is seen urging Chase to let things go. He has been firmly in Willow’s corner, more than almost anyone else, and he continues to defend her despite his wife’s objections. If Chase keeps pushing, Brook Lynn may have plenty to say about it, and it could spark a serious conflict between them.
Michael Updates Sonny and Carly
Elsewhere, Michael fills Sonny (Maurice Benard) and (Laura Wright) Carly in after his meeting with Ric (Rick Hearst), Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), and Willow regarding a decision about the kids.
This was not a path Michael wanted to take, and Willow was not thrilled about it either. Still, it may have been the best option available under the circumstances.
Michael admits that the alternative was something he simply could not live with, and making this agreement felt like the lesser of two evils. Whether that’s true, remains to be seen.
