Shocking conclusions, comfort, and more await in Tomorrow’s episode of General Hospital.

Here’s what’s coming up on General Hospital for Wednesday, January 7, 2026. From a shocking conclusion to comparing notes, the next episode promises major twists. Fans can expect Laura to be relieved, while Michael is taken aback. Soap Opera News has the GH spoilers below!

Next on GH: Who Really Shot Drew?

We’re getting closer to some answers in the Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) shooting case, but the courtroom drama in Port Charles is exposing secrets and lies left and right, leaving everyone scratching their heads over who could’ve actually pulled the trigger. Nothing is concrete yet, but tensions are running high.

Take Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), for example. He witnessed Michael’s (Rory Gibson) web of lies unravel right before his eyes in court, and it’s forcing him to confront reminders of Michael’s past misdeeds.

Meanwhile, Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) has been blindsided in court, and Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) trial is now hanging by a thread, leaving Dante feeling partially responsible. It’s a lot to handle, but thankfully, Lulu (Alexa Havins Bruening) is there to offer some comfort.

Tracy Makes a Shocking Conclusion

As for Tracy (Jane Elliot), she’s on the verge of a shocking realization. After being blindsided in court and with a secret she was keeping for Michael now in play, she begins to suspect that Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) played her on the stand—and that she fell right into it. Tracy is determined to find out who fed Alexis the information, and she’s not planning to let it go easily.

Did Michael Shoot Drew?

Meanwhile, Michael is clearly shaken. With Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina (Tabyana Ali) piecing together the events of that fateful night, it’s hard not to wonder whether Michael has been telling the truth or lying all along. But what will Kai and Trina do with their key piece of intel? That remains to be seen.

Drew, for his part, isn’t sitting idly by. He is determined to see Willow go free and make Michael pay for the crime. To that end, he’s demanding that Alexis put him back on the stand to testify. This case is far from over, and the courtroom fireworks are only just heating up.

Other GH spoilers for January 7 tease that Laura (Genie Francis) finds some relief, while Nathan (Ryan Paevey) and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) compare notes, adding another layer to the tangled web of Port Charles drama.

That’s all for General Hospital spoilers for January 7, 2026. Which storyline are you most excited to watch unfold? Is Michael guilty? Share your thoughts in the comments — and don’t miss the weekly spoilers for even more drama in Port Charles.

So tired of Drew shooting. Time to bring it to an end.

  3. How much longer are the GH writers going to make this trial last. I wished whoever shot Drew had succeeded. They write people out all the time, it’s time to write Drew out & Williw too

It doesnt look very good for Michael. Trina and Kai just realized that the ringtone that they heard from Michaels phone was from inside the house which means Michael lied when he said that he left when he heard Wileys ringtone. I was really hoping that Michael was innocent but in reality I dont think he is unless there was someone else in that house at the same time besides Trina and Kai

  5. Possible that Willow and Michael have the same ringtone for Wiley.

  6. Micheal did not say what the ring tone was. So, it does not mean it was Micheal’s. I personally do not think it was Micheal who shot Drew. I doubt it was Willow either. I wish it was because I would live for her to pay for her hurting Micheal and thinking she cannot do anything wrong behavior.
