General Hospital Spoilers for January 9, 2024:
What happens next on General Hospital: Sonny (Maurice Benard), having been released on bail, goes to visit Carly (Laura Wright). After bonding with Liz (Rebecca Herbst) at Kelly’s over the death of Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman), Carly opens the door to find Sonny standing there. He expresses his condolences about Bobbie’s passing but assumes that Carly wants to be alone. However, Carly shares a special moment with Sonny when she runs into his arms, and they later go inside Kelly’s where they talk and laugh, sharing emotional moments as they reflect on Bobbie’s life.

Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) has an update for Ava (Maura West) while Laura (Genie Francis) takes Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) to the police station so that she can confess to breaking into Wyndemere.
Meanwhile, Trina (Tabyana Ali) confides in Stella (Vernee Watson-Johnson) about something terrible that she did. Stella and Marshall (Robert Gossett) have a disagreement. Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Gregory (Gregory Harrison) discuss their kiss and what it means for their future.
