General Hospital Spoilers for Thursday, July 20, 2023: 

Tomorrow on General Hospital, Sasha’s (Sofia Mattsson) life spins out of control. At the Metro-Court pool, after seeing “Cyrus” messing with Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs), she stabbed Cody (Josh Kelly). What will be the outcome? Gladys is teased to be alarmed especially knowing within herself that she is partly responsible for Sasha’s latest behavior because of the drugs Sasha is taking. While Maxie (Kirsten Storms) steps in to defend a friend. Can Maxie save Sasha from herself while also saving Cody?

Austin (Roger Howarth) is overly confident. He discusses with Ava (Maura West) their attraction to one another. Meanwhile, Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) is on the hunt for answers. She goes to see her mother, Heather (Alley Mills), after stealing that document from Alexis’ (Nancy Le Grahn) office. She is positive that Heather is the only person who can provide her with the information she needs.
