Jason and Danny Return to Port Charles
It’s been a chaotic stretch for Jason (Steve Burton). After being hauled off by the WSB for shooting Cullum (Andrew Hawkes)—a crime he didn’t even commit—Joss managed to cut a deal with the agency to bring him back home.
The second he set foot in Port Charles, Jason reunited with his son, Danny (Asher Antonyzyn), and immediately suggested they head out on a much-needed father-son trip to make up for lost time.
Now, the duo is officially back in town. But that means Jason has a few stops to make, a couple of people to see, and some explaining to do. Almost immediately upon his return, Jason heads to the hospital and runs right into Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) for the first time since he’s been back.
Of course, they have a lot of catching up to do. So much has happened, and Britt recently found out that what she thought was Huntington’s was actually a fabricated illness to force her into doing what Cullum and Sidwell (Carlo Rota) needed.
That being said, how will things go when Britt and Jason come face to face? We know she will be thrilled to see him, but can we say the same for him?
Brennan Delivers Bad News
Meanwhile, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) isn’t usually the messenger you want showing up at your door, and Friday is no exception. He’s dropping some grim news, and whoever is on the receiving end is going to have to pivot fast—or brace for the fallout.
Could the bad news be for Willow (Katelyn MacMullen)… or her mom, for that matter? They’ve been trying to get their hands on the black box in hopes of getting leverage against Drew (Cameron Mathison) to keep him silent. But as we know, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) got his hands on it first. Could this be the bad news Brennan has to share?
Elizabeth Calls Out Willow
In other parts of town, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) isn’t holding back. She corners Willow and challenges her directly on what’s really going on. Liz is a very smart woman.
Hey, she was the one who put two and two together to figure out what Rocco (Finn Carr) did! And slowly but surely, she is connecting the dots where Drew is concerned. Should Willow be worried?
Dante Puts Chase to the Test
Other GH spoilers for July 24 say that Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) puts Chase (Josh Swickard) in a tough spot. Whether it’s a tricky aspect of a case or a personal loyalty test, Dante is forcing Chase to show what he’s really made of under pressure.
While that is going down, Lucas (Van Hansis) steps up to offer a genuine apology. He’s trying to clear the air and make things right, but whether the recipient is actually ready to forgive and move on is another story.
Of course, it wouldn’t be Port Charles without something big happening, like Drew letting Nina (Cynthia Watros) know he can speak again!
