Sonny and Laura Draft Lucas Into a Dangerous Sting
The relentless reign of terror surrounding Sidwell may finally be reaching a breaking point. For months, Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) have desperately hoped to remove this dangerous criminal from their crosshairs.
Sidwell (Carlo Rota) has been making their lives a living hell, and Laura has borne the absolute brunt of the emotional fallout.
Fortunately, Sonny recently landed a game-changing tip that he is certain he can use to his advantage.
Sonny now knows for a fact that Sidwell brutally murdered Professor Dalton, and he has proof that Pascal (Marc Forget) helped cover up the crime.
Sonny is on a mission to use Pascal as leverage to finally bring Sidwell down. However, executing this strategy requires a precise move. Sonny needs someone who frequents the grounds of Wyndemere, and his best option right now is Lucas (Van Hansis).
To that end, Sonny and Laura turn to Lucas. They lay their cards on the table, but will Lucas be on board?
Tracy Turns to Ric Lansing
Meanwhile, over at the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy (Jane Elliot) is gunning for Sidwell. Tracy is fed up with the criminal element bleeding into the corporate sector, and she wants Sidwell out of Deception’s business once and for all.
Knowing that she needs top-tier legal artillery to sever those corporate ties, Tracy turns to Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), one of the sharpest attorneys in town.
Tracy wants to know how she can legally wrench Sidwell’s suffocating clutches out of the company before the entire brand is ruined.
Nina’s Hospital Ultimatum and Family Confessions
While Tracy is busy seeking corporate advice from Ric, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is occupied playing a highly dangerous game over at the Turning Woods medical facility. Nina pays Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) a visit, and she wastes no time beating around the bush.
Nina looks him dead in the eye and makes it clear that she is the only person left who can help him.
Rounding out the action-packed episode, GH spoilers for June 1 confirm that Carly (Laura Wright) defends Lulu (Alexa Havins Bruening), while Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) confides in Liz (Rebecca Herbst).
