Josslyn Faces a Deadly Stand-Off at Wyndemere
Josslyn (Eden McCoy) finally thought she had found her ticket to freedom. After being held captive by Cassius (Ryan Paevey) in the dark underbelly of Wyndemere, she used her quick wits to tinker with a ceiling lamp, successfully prying open the door to her cell. Unfortunately, her victory lap is cut incredibly short.
Because on her way out of the catacombs, Josslyn runs straight into the ruthless Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), who instantly corners her with a gun.
Joss pins her survival on thinking fast on her feet. Sidwell is an exceptionally dangerous man who is currently out for blood in the wake of what happened with his son.
Lately, it seems like every move Josslyn makes ends up creating a new problem. Will this latest attempt finally turn things around, or is she about to find herself in even more danger?
Tracy Corners Chase
Meanwhile, back on the mainland, Chase (Josh Swickard) finds himself on Tracy’s (Jane Elliot) bad side. The Quartermaine matriarch walks right into the boathouse and gets an eyeful when she spots Chase and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) in a very close, intimate moment.
To make matters worse, both of them happen to be scantily dressed in their swimwear.
Naturally, an outraged Tracy assumes the worst. She confronts Chase and warns that he has cheated on her granddaughter, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), for the last time.
With Tracy having jumped to the wrong conclusion, Chase is forced to defend himself. He tries his best to explain the innocent context, but a ruthless Tracy demands that he pack his bags. On top of that, she promises him that he will be hearing from the lawyers very soon.
Nina Tries to Speak Sense Into Her Daughter
In another part of town, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is working overtime to prevent a total disaster.
Nina is well aware that Willow has been spending more and more time with Chase lately, and she is about to learn that they could end up spending more time in each other’s orbit. That is because her daughter just made a very tempting offer.
Recognizing that this entire setup is a big disaster waiting to happen, Nina tries to talk some serious sense into her daughter. Willow has made a long string of incredibly bad choices recently, and Nina is desperate to save her from clearing another hurdle toward blowing up her own life.
