Laura Relishes Her Victory
For weeks, Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) has been living in an absolute nightmare. Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) made it his personal mission to destroy her life
He has been blackmailing her over a gruesome murder he committed and weaponizing her family’s safety as leverage to force her to hand.
On Monday, Laura is finally walking on air. Slowly but surely, her counter-strategy has worked, and she has gained the ultimate upper hand over her blackmailer.
The Spoon Island Dungeon: Obrecht and Josslyn Trapped Together
While Laura is celebrating, the story is completely different for Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Just when Joss thought she had successfully escaped her captor’s clutches, she ran directly into Sidwell’s line of fire. Now, she is trapped once again in the room beneath Spoon Island.
But she isn’t going to be alone for long. Monday’s episode teaser reveals that she is about to get the most shocking company when an entirely unconscious Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is thrown in there with her!
As fans saw in Friday’s cliffhanger, Obrecht was ambushed and kidnapped by Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) the second she got into her car in the GH parking lot.
Now, a terrified Josslyn has to figure out how to revive the legendary doctor while dealing with the chilling reality that they are both trapped.
Kristina Makes a Request
Elsewhere in Port Charles, Kristina (Kate Mansi) makes an important request.
After recently being accepted into medical school, she’s beginning to take the necessary steps toward her future career.
Meanwhile, GH spoilers for June 8 confirm that Curtis (Donnell Turner) seeks help from Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
After physically attacking Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson), Curtis is understandably concerned about the legal consequences he could be facing. So, he decides to turn to one of Port Charles’ most trusted legal minds.
If anyone can help him navigate the fallout, it’s Alexis.
Also, Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) finds himself concerned about Trina (Tabyana Ali).
