Portia’s Baby Shower Takes a Tense Turn
Meanwhile, what should be a happy occasion quickly becomes uncomfortable.
Portia’s (Brook Kerr) baby shower is underway, but tensions are impossible to ignore when Curtis (Donnell Turner) arrives with Jordan (Tanisha Harper) on his arm.
Curtis wastes little time making his position clear.
While he insists he isn’t looking to start trouble, he also makes it known that he won’t back down if Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) decides to push the issue. In other words, Curtis isn’t interested in a fight, but he’s certainly prepared for one.
Given the bad blood between the two men, things could get messy.

Elsewhere, Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is in no mood to play nice.
After realizing he has lost his leverage over Mayor Collins (Genie Francis), Sidwell places the blame squarely on Lucas (Van Hansis).
So when Lucas reaches out requesting a meeting, Sidwell sees an opportunity he has no intention of wasting.
