Ethan Delivers Intel
Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) seems remarkably dedicated to his new gig with Sonny (Maurice Benard). For some reason, he is hellbent on staying in the “mob boss’s” good graces. He swears up and down that he’s the most loyal man for the job.
On the surface, it all looks fine, but we know better. Ethan clearly has some hidden motives tucked away, and it’s only a matter of time before his real agenda comes to light. For now, though, he’s focused on delivering some intel to Sonny.
While Ethan plays the loyal soldier, Ric (Rick Hearst) is finding himself in a tight spot. He’s been warning his brother repeatedly not to take Ethan at face value, and now Ric is being put to the test. It’ll be interesting to see if his instincts about Ethan are eventually proven right.
Elizabeth’s Request and Future Plans
Elsewhere, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) has something on her mind and reaches out to Laura (Genie Francis) with a specific request. What could that be?
Meanwhile, Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) are finally carving out some time to discuss their future. They’ve had their share of ups and downs lately, but Brook Lynn is still carrying a heavy weight. She’s terrified that she might actually be responsible for the recent accident. She ends up in another secret huddle with Tracy (Jane Elliot), where the family matriarch offers some stern but necessary advice to her granddaughter.
Curtis Drops a Bombshell
In other GH spoilers for May 5, Curtis (Donnell Turner) is ready to get some things off his chest. He sits down with Jordan (Tanisha Harper) and admits he’s been doing some thinking about the night of the crash. While Jordan wishes they could just identify the mystery driver, Curtis drops a bombshell: he’s pretty sure it was Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) behind the wheel. If he’s right, the fallout from that revelation is going to shake up everything.
