Chase (Josh Swickard) has been burning the midnight oil, determined to prove Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) innocence. Of course, that’s his ex-wife, and his current wife isn’t exactly thrilled that he’s spending so much time chasing leads for his former flame. But she gets it. Someone has to keep the truth alive, right?
Lo and behold, Chase’s mission to dig up dirt on Michael (Rory Gibson) doesn’t come up empty, thanks in no small part to his chat with Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove).
Now, here’s the twist: Ezra might have been with Jacinda (Paige Herschell) the night Michael claimed she was his alibi during Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting. Could be, could be wrong, but it certainly lines up.
After his talk with Ezra at the Brown Dog, Chase heads straight to Alexis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) office to drop the bomb: Michael gave the police a false alibi—and Chase can prove it. Oops, Michael… watch your back.
Michael Plays Peacemaker
Meanwhile, spoilers hint that Michael is playing peacemaker, but for whom? He ends up chatting with Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), who presses him about his past and his history with Carly (Laura Wright), while also pondering if she can somehow mend things with Gio (Giovanni Mazza).
Speaking of Gio, he opens up to Sonny (Maurice Benard), but about what exactly? Only time will tell.
