General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, October 13, 2026, tease trouble on several fronts as Joss Jacks (Eden McCoy) doubles down on her mission to take down Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) faces mounting pressure over her The Invader article, and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) catches Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) off guard. Meanwhile, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) stands by Lulu, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) wants answers, and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) sets another plan in motion.
Joss Is Coming for Sonny—and He May Have a New Rival
Port Charles is cooking on a master cylinder right now, and a lot is getting ready to explode! Imagine Sonny just got some welcome news from his brother Ric (Rick Hearst), only to be faced with even more bad news. It was bad enough that he has to try convincing people—even his own family and his girlfriend—that he had nothing to do with what went down in Pentonville. But to face a new rival? That’s a whole different level!
From what we saw in the latest GH promo video, Joss has not given up on her mission to take Sonny down. To her, he may claim to be a former mob boss, but he’s done a lot of damage over the years. Now that he’s being named as the man responsible for the prison attack, Joss is hell-bent on taking him down once and for all—and she’s willing to use her status as a WSB agent to do it!
And now that she won the piers, trouble is on the horizon.
So, could Joss be Sonny’s new target? She was like a daughter to him at one point… but are things about to completely explode between these two?
Dante Has Lulu’s Back Amid the Invader Backlash
Meanwhile, poor Lulu is facing huge blowback for the article she published in The Invader. We’re sure she dotted her I’s and crossed her T’s, but Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is claiming he said none of what she published!
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is ready to sue her for libel, and Drew is breathing down her neck. Fortunately, Dante is in her corner! Her ex-hubby fully encourages her to stay strong despite the huge backlash.
In other Port Charles news, Elizabeth wants answers… and we think this is connected to Lulu’s story. After all, Liz had her own suspicions about what was really going on with Drew’s health and what happened to Brennan (Chris McKenna)!
Carly Flips the Script on Valentin
General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, October 13 also tease that Carly surprises Valentin. He’s done plenty of surprising her lately, so it is finally her turn to flip the script on him!
On top of that, Drew lays out his plan. But the question is: which plan is it? Because he clearly has a ton of scheme plates spinning right now—and a long list of people in Port Charles he’d love to get revenge on!
Do you think Joss will actually be the one to take Sonny down, and can Lulu survive Willow’s lawsuit with Dante by her side? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
