General Hospital spoilers for Monday, October 19, 2026, tease an intriguing offer for Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), an unsettling surprise for Trina (Tabyana Ali), and a tense confrontation between Jason (Steve Burton) and Serena (Kelly Kruger).
Britt may not be looking for love, but handsome newcomer Jude (Wil Traval) quickly gets her attention. Meanwhile, Trina is left wondering what Quinn (Jequan Jackson) is up to, and Jason demands answers after spotting something suspicious in a document tied to Michael’s (Rory Gibson) proxy.
Here’s what to expect on Monday’s GH!
Britt Meets Jude and Makes an Intriguing Deal
Britt thought love was completely out of the picture for her, but she might just have to swallow those words real soon! She crosses paths with the handsome new man in town, Jude, who is instantly captivated by her. After buying her a drink at the Brown Dog and introducing himself, he manages to hold her full attention before making an intriguing offer. Britt ends up making a deal with him, but what exactly does Jude want from her?
Trina is Unsettled by Quinn
Meanwhile, poor Trina is completely on edge after Quinn lures her to a location that looks like something out of a twisted romance novel. The bed is covered in roses, lit candles fill the room, and music is playing in the background. It feels totally creepy, and Trina is left rattled with a million questions—starting with what on earth is actually going on!
Is Quinn the secret stalker who has been trailing Trina, or is he just playing wingman for someone else? Could Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) have put him up to setting up a grand romantic surprise for his lady? Whatever is happening, answers are coming soon.
Jason Catches Serena Red-Handed
Elsewhere in Port Charles, Jason calls out Serena on her shady moves! Serena and her mom thought they could pull off an elaborate scheme to get Jason to sign over Michael’s proxy, which would ultimately give Lucy (Lynn Herring) the power to take back control of Deception.
Unfortunately for them, Jason is way too smart to fall for that trap! He carefully examines the document before ever thinking about putting his signature on the dotted line. Now, he’s got plenty of questions and demands the truth right on the spot.
“Last chance to tell me what this really is,” Jason warns her. Will Serena come clean and expose her mom’s scheme, or will she double down on the lie?
Anna Confronts Sonny, Plus Lucas Grills Carly
General Hospital spoilers for October 19 also tease that Anna (Finola Hughes) checks in on Sonny (Maurice Benard) after learning two major pieces of news: Gio (Giovanni Mazza) has officially moved out, and Sonny is being named as the mastermind behind the attack in Pentonville! Sonny is swearing up and down that he had zero involvement in the attack, but Anna needs to see where his head is at.
Meanwhile, over on the family front, Carly (Laura Wright) gets the third degree from Lucas (Van Hansis) as he presses her for answers!
