General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, October 21, 2026, tease an intriguing visit, a questionable offer, and more questions about Britt’s (Kelly Thiebaud) latest behavior. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) seeks out her ex, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), while Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) prepares to make Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) an offer of his own.
Anna Seeks Out Valentin
Valentin and Anna have a lot of history. After all, they used to be romantically involved for many years. However, Valentin has moved on with Carly (Laura Wright). Anna, on the other hand, is busy trying to get herself better for her sake, her family’s sake, and so she can return to her job as police commissioner at the PCPD.
She has been attending therapy, and things appear to be going well. In fact, Anna recently opened up to Sonny (Maurice Benard) about her progress during a visit.
Next, Anna pays a visit to Valentin. Her ex knows plenty about complex, troubled situations and could be a valuable ally to her right now. But what specific reason brings her to his door? The upcoming episode will reveal all.
Britt Raises Eyebrows Again
Meanwhile, everyone knows Britt is a real pot stirrer. Whether she is in Port Charles, at the Five Poppies, or anywhere else, she has raised quite a few eyebrows in her lifetime! But now, after her night with the newest mystery guy in town, Britt’s attitude is raising eyebrows all over again.
Is this because she once said she was done with love, but somehow she has a new spark? Or could Britt just be her usual self that makes people a little wary of her?
Jason Makes Lucy an Offer
Elsewhere, Jason recently almost got pushed to sign a document that would hand over Michael’s proxy to Lucy. Luckily, Jason is a smart man, and he examined the document carefully before even signing. That saved him—and Michael—those shares.
Now Jason is going to be making Lucy an offer. But is it one she cannot refuse? Or will Lucy make things exceptionally hard for the former mob boss?
