General Hospital Spoilers for Monday, October 9, 2023: 

Next on General Hospital, Finn (Michael Easton) warns Gregory (Gregory Chase). Finn meets with his dad to break the news that Chase (Josh Swickard) has unexpectedly learned about his ALS. Gregory is taken aback and comes to the conclusion that Chase is paying the price due to his failure to inform his son earlier. Meanwhile, a distraught Chase opens up and contemplates whether he should confide in Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) about his father’s condition.

Nina (Cynthia Watros) receives a delightful surprise in regard to her trip with Sonny to Puerto Rico for their elopement. She initially thought it would just be the two of them and a wedding officiant, but she is pleasantly surprised to find out that two of Sonny’s daughters, Kristina (Kate Mansi) and Donna (Scarlett Brielle), will also be present for the joyous occasion. Additionally, Michael (Chad Duell) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) decide to attend at the last minute with their son, Wiley (Viron Weaver). Nina is ecstatic at the thought of spending time with Kristina, whom she adores, and having her daughter present is a dream come true. The realization that her daughter will be present at the ceremony is a truly amazing moment for her. Nina says this is the best wedding present she could ever ask for.

Elsewhere, Carly  (Laura Wright) gives Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) an update. She’s certain she can get her hands on some proof that would be helpful in Alexis’ new quest. Cyrus (Jeff Kober) suffers a setback, and Lucy (Lynn Herring) makes a big decision.
