General Hospital spoilers for September 2 bring some seriously complicated drama to Port Charles. Anna has been through a lot, but Peter’s voice continues to haunt her, pushing her toward a decision that goes completely against who she is. Meanwhile, Britt gets some big news from Lucas, Charlotte needs reassurance after a disturbing discovery, and Gio has a romantic surprise in store.
Here’s what to expect on Wednesday’s GH.
Key takeaways
- Britt gets big news from Lucas.
- Danny helps Charlotte through an emotional moment.
- Gio has a romantic surprise for Emma.
- Josslyn follows a hunch.
Anna is Hesitant
Anna (Finola Hughes) was locked in a room at Wyndemere, tormented and led to believe that Faison was still alive. She eventually went to France for treatment at a medical facility and got better — or at least that’s what everyone thinks.
Anna returned to Port Charles and was even reinstated as Police Commissioner at the PCPD. But there is one thing that hasn’t left her since everything happened. Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
Peter continues to haunt Anna, almost like a constant nagging voice in her head pushing her toward murder. That’s not Anna.
She has never been that kind of person, but somehow Peter has convinced her that she needs to rid herself and her family of any connection to Faison. And apparently, that means Britt (Kelly Thiebaud).
So when GH spoilers say Anna is hesitant, one has to wonder whether her hesitation has something to do with this supposed mission to kill Britt.
Is Anna really considering doing it? Or is Peter’s influence making her believe she has no other choice? Either way, this is not the Anna we’ve known.
Britt Gets Big News from Lucas
Speaking of Britt, she’s about to get some big news from Lucas (Van Hansis). These two weren’t exactly friends at first, but somewhere along the way, that changed.
Lucas was there for Britt when she believed she had Huntington’s disease and desperately needed the medication at Wyndemere to survive. Now he’s the one showing up with an update of his own.
Lucas finally has his own apartment. He’s moved in, and things seem to be looking pretty good for him. But does he tell Britt that he has a new temporary roommate?
Enter Detective Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett). That could make for an interesting conversation. And let’s not forget Britt may have an update of her own. Will she tell Lucas what’s happening with her relationship with Jason (Steve Burton)?
Charlotte Needs Danny After a Disturbing Discovery
Elsewhere in Port Charles, a lifeless body discovered in the Metro Court Pool is doing a number on several people. Charlotte (Bluesy Burke), in particular.
She was the one who discovered the body during a late-night swim, and she wasn’t alone. Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) was there with her.
But there’s one pretty big problem. The Metro Court Pool was closed for the summer. So Charlotte and Danny really shouldn’t have been there in the first place. Charlotte is already going through a lot emotionally, and finding a lifeless body certainly isn’t going to make things easier.
Thankfully, she has Danny there. She may need a little reassurance after everything she has seen, and Danny could be exactly the person she needs in that moment.
Gio Has a Romantic Surprise
Meanwhile, GH spoilers for September 2 tease that Gio (Giovanni Mazza) delivers a romantic surprise. Hmm. Emma (Braedyn Bruner), are you ready?
And then there’s Josslyn (Eden McCoy).
She’s following a hunch, which could mean she’s about to uncover something someone would much rather keep hidden.
Josslyn has never been one to simply let something go when she thinks there’s more to the story.
So where does this hunch lead her? We’ll have to see.
Is Anna really considering killing Britt because of Peter’s influence, or will she find a way to fight back against him? And what do you think Josslyn is about to uncover?
