Drew’s Vengeful Act
Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has been caught up in a lot of mess lately. The man came out of a wheelchair where he was suffering from locked-in syndrome for months—and you’d think after being in that state for so long, Drew would make a change for the better! Guess not.
Instead, Drew came back to the land of the speaking, more vengeful than ever. He is going up against Sonny (Maurice Benard) for Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) assets, on top of being determined to get the dirt Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) had on him.
Now that Jack is dead—and Drew and Ava (Maura West) decided to hide the body to save their own asses—you have to wonder what sort of mess Drew is going to get himself involved in next! Spoilers don’t reveal every exact detail, but they do tell us that instead of taking the high road, he’s doubling down and executing a ruthless, vengeful act. Yikes.
Valentin and Carly Develop a Theory
Meanwhile, an unexpected brain trust forms as Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and Carly (Laura Wright) put their heads together and develop an intriguing new theory. These two have been so busy lately—whether it’s getting romantic, scheming, plotting, or whatever else, they are clearly proving they are on the same page no matter what.
Now that Carly knows someone broke into Brennan’s hotel room looking for something, add the fact that she saw a massive blowout scene between Jack and Nina (Cynthia Watros)! Could she start looking at Nina as a primary suspect in whatever’s going down?
Danny Comes Clean to Jason & Sonny Pitches Justine
Then there is a young man unburdening himself. Look for Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) to step up and come clean to Jason (Steve Burton). Danny’s been holding onto some heavy information alongside Charlotte (Bluesy Burke), but he knows his dad is the only one who can handle the truth without making a mess of things—or better yet, his dad knows how to clean up messes!
You totally get why he turns to him in his time of need. Danny lays all his cards on the table, leaving Jason to figure out how to protect his son. After all, Jason quit working for Sonny specifically to focus on what matters most: his family.
