Willow Named Congresswoman
Things are getting really dangerous in Port Charles.
Viewers were stunned when Laura (Genie Francis) held a press conference and announced that Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) would be stepping in for Drew (Cameron Mathison). You can officially call her Congresswoman now. But we all know how this happened. This has Sidwell (Carlo Rota) written all over it.
He would not back down until Willow said yes. He clearly has leverage, especially since he knows her secret. The two of them teaming up against Drew was not exactly subtle. Now that the press conference is over, Willow reveals to Nina (Cynthia Waros) that she has her own agenda.
Spoilers tease that she makes a vow. So, what kind of vow? Is she promising to protect her family? To outmaneuver Sidwell? Or is she stepping further into the game than anyone realizes?
Laura’s Move Sparks Fallout
The drama does not stop there. Laura made this decision under serious pressure, and you have to wonder how much she is holding back. She must have a few things to say about it. Will let it all out or keep playing the long game?
Britt’s Risky Plan
Elsewhere, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) knows she needs a plan and fast if she is going to save herself. Thankfully, she is not alone. She has Lucas (Van Hansis) in her corner and Jason’s (Steve Burton) support, too.
On paper, that sounds solid. But they still need to figure out how to get their hands on at least one dose of what she needs. That is easier said than done. Can they actually pull it off before it is too late?
The episode also sees Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) seeking Britt’s help, Lucy (Lynn Herring) doing some serious explaining, and Sidwell having a secret chat with his son, Marco (Adrian Anchondo).
Power plays, secrets, and desperate moves are colliding. And Port Charles is about to feel every bit of it.
