To celebrate his birthday this year, General Hospital’s Marcus Coloma (Nikolas) took a moment to reflect on relationships with the debut of a brand new song, Hold On.
The star shared “I’ve been in a lot of [relationships]. When I was younger, they were pretty toxic and clumsy. Not because anyone was particularly bad, it was just two people in a car who had never driven a car and didn’t know anything about cars trying to drive on a windy, dark road. We would inevitably smash into a tree. Well, after a decade of car wrecks, I unknowingly developed the bad habit of jumping out of the car whenever it looked like we were going to hit a tree. I lost the ability [to] differentiate between a good relationship with a past bad experience,” he continued. “This song isn’t about the car wrecks. It’s about the good rides that got a little bumpy, but I think they would have got us to where we were headed. Thank you for being a part of the journey!”
