Parry Shen (Brad, GH) shared exciting news about another
project he was a part of earlier this week on Twitter: he will be on the audio book
of “Goosebumps Slappyworld: Slappy in Dreamland” which will be released on
March 1st!
“Slappy in Dreamland”
is the 16th book of the “Goosebumps Slappyworld” series which
follows a doll, Slappy the Dummy, as he tells his own twisted and scary
stories. In the 16th installment
that Shen’s voice-work is featured in, the story is about Richard Hsieh who gets
Slappy as a gift for his birthday. He
has dreams of Slappy coming to life and wreaking havoc and each dream becomes
scarier and scarier. Richard’s cousin,
Willow comes to visit and she too starts to have frightening dreams of
Slappy. Richard and Willow will have to come
up with a plan to take Slappy down before he can invade more children’s dreams.
Fans have tweeted Shen about looking forward to checking out
his latest project and in one of his responses, he mentioned that he did the voice-work for the majority of the characters in the story. How exciting to listen to his different voice-work talents within the same book! Fans, be sure to check it out on March 1st!
