Walmart is reuniting some of the Gilmore Girls cast just in time for the holidays!
The retail giant’s new holiday commercial, celebrating “love, friendship, and the holidays,” features fan favorites Lauren Graham (Lorelai), Scott Patterson (Luke) and Sean Gunn (Kirk) from the hit multigenerational drama.
The ad kinda hits you right in the Gilmore Girls feels, doesn’t it? Makes you want to go back to Stars Hallow even more, right? Are you wondering, like us, if the future holds another return?
In a recent interview with E! News, Graham had this to say about the possibility: “At this point it’s the same what it would take that got us back together last time, which is that it is a creative step forward, and that it would be giving fans what they want while honoring what we did already. And those are really hard things. Those are sort of esoteric concepts to pin down.”
Don’t lose hope. Remember Christmas is the season of miracles, so while fans savor this gift, now is the time to make a wish for another, more extensive Gilmore Girls return down the road!
